I felt extremely comfortable choosing Dr abdu to perform my spinal fusion. He explained the entire process and was very honest and upfront but also very warm and cheerful which helped put me at ease. After surgery I only briefly saw him which is a little disappointing however I also chose to leave after a single night which left little chance for him to come to see me but his spine resident stopped in once as well as his PA twice, so I would absolutely choose him and his staff for my care again
Transferred by Ambulance to DHMC and saw Dr. Chavez on a emergency basis. Very informative. Will follow up with him for my next appointment.
Dr. Cantu was the trauma surgeon for my hip replacement and shattered knee as a result of a serious auto accident. His surgical skills and patient care are superlative. He was able to solve some very difficult problems and after six months, I am on the road to to full range of motion. Highly recommended.
Dr Cantu operated on me after I sustained a very serious fracture of my tibial plateau. His level of expertise was very apparent. He was very helpful in coordinating follow up care with my doctor at home. The hospital and particularly the nursing staff were the finest I have ever encountered. They were not just professional, they were also very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I received the best care possible. I would never hesitate to refer anyone to this doctor or hospital.
caring and warm
Dr. Beasley adamantly misdiagnosed my disability. At age 55, he told me there was nothing he could do for me. Do not waste your time at Mt. Ascutney or Dartmouth Pain Center.
He is totally about the patient. He is encouraging, shares up to date knowledge, stays on top of latest treatments for Lymphoma. He is very adept at explaining the technical, complicated world of cancer in a way that a patient can understand. He really works to get to know the patients. He is good at helping you keep spirits up even when things are difficult. He listens and has great empathy. he is patient and gives patients as much time as they need with him.
Outstanding doctor !!!!
Do not go to her! She was very disrespectful to me while I was asking questions regarding my son's endoscopy she just performed. To excuse how rude she was she explained she needed to go eat lunch. The nurse in her office admitted to withholding my son's biopsy results (we already waited weeks for) because she didn't want to ruin our weekend. I told the nurse I needed to wait to take him back in & the doctor got on the phone with me and threatened to withdraw care. We will never see her again!
My experience, she is not very professional and I don't feel really cared.
She diagnosed our six year old with a life long debilitating disease which requires a lot of heavy duty drugs (which she was happy to prescribe) without doing basic labs to rule out other causes or waiting for the path report from a colonoscopy & endoscopy to come back. She told us in post-op that she treats "MANY kiddos" with the same disease. Pretty disturbing.
One of the best doctors I have even seen. So thourough and compassionate, I would recommend him to my closest family and friends.
Dr Graves did an outstanding job repairing my shattered ankle. She's been thoughtful and informative regarding the aspects of my injury and recovery.
Dr. Graves was incompetent in her treatment of my daughter's metacarpal fracture. The cast she put on was too short so that the wrist was not immobilized and she wrongly positioned the hand, causing the muscles to contract rather than lengthen. This created the pain that Dr. Graves suggested was normal. Luckily we went to another doctor who corrected the hand's position and put on a longer cast. This alleviated my daughter's pain. I do not recommend Dr. Graves.
Great Dr. Compasionate very professional easy to talk to. Thank you Dr. Gleasson Dwight Ferland
Dr. Farrell is the most accommodating and dedicated doctors I have ever had as a primary care provider. She is extremely committed to getting things right and is willing to ask for help from specialists and to rethink an approach to fixing what is wrong with you.
I normally have to wait a bit for her to come in, but I don't mind because she always takes her time with me also. Never fell rushed.
He seems a hoof doctor but seems to spend more time looking at the computer than talking to patients. I have not had him that long. The doctor I did have retired so was passed onto Dr Enelow. He is easy to ask questions and answers your concerns but I miss Dr Maher...(Mahyer??) not sure that spelling......Dr Goodman was my first lung dr, but he also left his practice and heads some hospital I think in Manchester. He was my absolute favorite.....most caring.
The first time I met him, he was nice. The second time, not too impressed. Comes in with an associate, which more appropriately is a student. Does not give option to decline this visitor. With the 2nd visit it was more about teaching student vs. helping. I left feeling like Medical Marijuana was my only option, yet he could not prescribe because he is on the board. I left with no one willing to help. Other physicians do not think that is a doable option. Now I am dealing with miserable pain.
Dr.Gilbert Fancuillo needs an attitude adjustment. He thinks and acts like he is god. He yells at patients especially those who have be mistreated by his staff. He is not reachable by phone. He needs a long vacation to study emotional disturbances and pain management. He preaches he works with patients as long as they do not complain. If they do...he no longer has trust in them.
This was my first time at the office. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was under 10 minutes. I thought Dr. izzano was awesome! He is a great listener and Explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions and concerns! I will highly recommend him to family and friends!! Thanks Dr. Izzano??
Incredibly thorough, clear, concise. Good hand at the DaVinci robotic surgery. Thank you very much.
First rate. Nobody better
Hello My name is Lorie Putrelo Hoffman, I am looking for Dr. Lynch who operated on me at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown way back 28 years ago. (2 Spinal fusions) Are you the Dr. Lynch I am looking for? If so, could you please contact me? My email address is Lorie1529@gmail.com. Thank you very much.
I would not recommend this provider due to his poor bedside manner and lack of understanding in his area of specialty. I was seen for suspected synovial cyst in my ankle that impacted my walking function due to the size. He denied that this was the case and injected lidocaine at the site without ordering any additional testing to confirm. I ended up seeing another provider who followed up appropriately and determined that surgical removal of a significantly sized cyst and bone spur was necessary
Very friendly and professional! Made me feel comfortable.
A complete waste of $350.00 for a dermatology procedure to remove spider veins.
Don't wast your money.
a real jerk.
took care of my mother. rather saw my mother.
should not be a doctor.
he moved and now works at south miami hospital in florida.
She's great. Miss her terribly if she's ever back at DHMC or in the upper valley please let me know. Haven't had an easier dr since. (No red tape with Rxs etc).
My daughter has seen Dr Drebitko for 7 years, since she was in her early teens and I cannot recommend her more highly. Not only is she incredibly smart and qualified, she has a bedside manner equaled by none. My daughter has had a severe illnesses with numerous complications so we have seen a lot of Clare. When Clare doesn't know the answer, she researches it. Clare talks to my daughter in a kind, frank and nonjudgmental way that makes my daughter both listen to her and respect her judgement.
Extremely informative. His explanation of everything was excellent and gave me some hope. He is very well educated, very compassionate and it was my pleasure meeting him. I know he can help me and I put complete faith in him. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends.
He was unprofessional and a very mean doctor. He treated me disrespectfully and ignored me for 50 minutes, didn't respond to his phone when the secretary was trying to reach him. He showed up to meet another patient after 50 minutes, looked at me and said in a very dry way that he can't see me because I was late. It was a punishment!
I am very surprised of this horrible, unprofessional doctor which DHMC has.
Dr Orem tends to use complex medical language that he breaks down so that it's simple to understand what exactly is happening with your body, and all of your options. He's very available to answer questions via email, and has been able to rearrange his schedule to see me on short notice after a potential problem arose.
Excellent doctor. Empathetic, caring, listens well and very intelligent. Wish all doctors were like her.
Three months after my hip replacement surgery by Dr. Tomek at Alice Peck Day (APD) Hospital, my compliments to Dr. Tomek (and his physician assistant (PA) Sarah Liegl). I had both a great experience and result! Dr. Tomek and APD have a good and reassuring pre-surgery routine. The entire APD staff provided a pleasant small hospital experience! One overnight with delicious meals and minimal pain. Walked unaided a week later. Cost less than expected (plus a discount for paying bills promptly).
I've listened, for over the past 2 1/2 yrs., to my clients coming & going, about hip/knee surgeries, and heard over & over again, how pleased they all were with Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Lebanon, NH and their Orthopedic Surgeon, Dr. Ivan Tomek! Seems to me today, after having my hip replaced by Dr. Tomek, I made the right decision & I thank him & his staff very much.
He is courteous and thorough
I was referred by Ortho to this Dr for Pain Management. They were supposed to call and schedule me. I was in constant pain for three weeks at this time. After several voice mails to their office no return call. When i finally speak to them they are rude and said they needed an MRI first. So they don't contact me or let me know to get MRI. This is a joke operation with amateur's at the helm. Stay far away! BTW, still in pain with NO treatment. NOTHING! VA is better!!!!!
Very stuck up and arrogant doctor. It was his method or no way. Instead of coming up with a proactive solution to knee problems he told me nothing was wrong and that I shouldn't have pain. Very rude and overall very dissatisfied. I will tell everyone to stay away from him
FANTASTIC! PREVIOUS KNEE REPLACEMENT INFECTION HANDLED BEAUTIFULLY BY DR. SPARKS. RECOMMEND HIM VERY HIGHLY FOR ANY ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY.
Dr. Smith has seen all three of my children- absolutely amazing ENT. Highly recommend. He is amazing with kids- especially children on the autism spectrum.
My daughter was Dr. Smith for over eight years! He was amazing in his treatment and recommendations for her. Dr. Smith always treated my daughter as the patient, explaining things to her first.
Just did a colonoscopy on me this morning. Explained the procedure, allowed me to ask questions and best part of all didn't feel a thing or even remember anything until back in recovery. In at 7:30 and out by 9:45.
Dr. Sparks replaced both of my knees. I was out in 2 days and back to work in 8 weeks. He has an incredible bed side manner and has been very supportive and thorough in his feedback and follow-ups. I was not an easy case and he was brilliant. I would trust him with any part of my body and consider him well worth the hour and a half drive tim takes to get to him.
One of the best Doctors I've had in many years. Very knowledgeable, professional and he will spend any amount of time with you explaining your medical condition. Super 5 star Doctor.
