I have a chronic condition since childhood and this physician made me feel terrible about myself. She was abrupt and appeared anxious to "get rid of me"
I found the Dr. to be lacking in emotions. He's a bit indelicate w/impaired limbs. Now that being said, I also found him to be intelligent, brief and well groomed. The staff is organized & office is very clean. Lpn's are very friendly & caring. At times I found it difficult to directly contact the office. The operator tells you to call the office, instead of switching you through. So, it's better to contact them online. The wait time is usually pretty reasonable.
She is no longer in NY. Now practicing in Richmond, VA. I needed a same day appointment and my primary was not available so I took an appointment with Dr. Elliot. The first thing out of her mouth, after a quick introduction, was that they did not have the tools necessary to treat me there, as if I should have known that already. We spent approximately 10min together and the entire time I felt like she was annoyed and judging me. No treatment instructions and she refused to discuss my concerns.
He diagnosed me with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and was very informative about my illnesses and made me feel like I was in very good hands.
When diagnosing me I was told, but when I needed proof of it, I could not get any cooperation with Dr. Neupane or staff?
It took so long to get the help I needed from them which
For me has hurt the trust that a doc and patient should have between one another and has left me confused?
I'm not sure If he has had bad experiences with military patients or what this problem could be? I would like to give him another chance to make this right as decent docs are scarce in upstate NY. Intervention?
