Very unprofessional and rude. ! I met him for the first time at the hospital. He came in - did not introduce himself. Listened to my moms lungs and said "she's gone. Her brain is not working ". My mom is in a vegetative state after cardiac arrest. She has been under the care of a cardiologist and a neurologist and long term care has been discussed with them. He doesn't know my mom. He is the covering pulmonologist this weekend. He may have facts but that's not the way to speak to family!!!!
Dr. Bansal is good but her staffs are very unprofessional. In my first visit they mention that my insurance is in the network so, my visit was covered and they did some blood test and after a month I received a bill of 1300 as they send my blood test to out of network lab. When I called them up trying to understand as to why they didnt inform or ask me about it as my blood test should have been fully covered, thier answer was its my responsibilty to ask where they are sending my blood test.
