Dr Ye has terrible communication skills. Every time we walked into her office she did not bother to look up from her computer screen. She is not a friendly person. Her assistant is rude. It is hard to contact her outside of an appt.
I greatly respect Dr. Ye and her ability to diagnosis and treat my children and their varied problems. She listens and respects my thoughts and opinions and has never failed to do her best. When there has been a crisis, she responds quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Ye!
I have only gone to her a few times, however, each time I did see her I was treated with the utmost respect and felt that she really cared about me and about me getting better. She listened to what I had to say and treated me as a person rather than a child (I am barely 18). And when I realized that there was something else that I needed to have treated, she quickly made sure that there was an appointment available for me.
Judgemental. Her English is not great. When I asked for written documents they were often misspelled and unclear. Yelled at me a handful of times. Often out of town and hard to get ahold of. Rude. If you are looking for a human then do not go to her.
This doctor increased the dosage of my daughter's medication when I called in for a refill.....She never discussed this with me, never asked me if this was okay or if my daughter needed a higher dosage. She just took it upon herself, prior to seeing my daughter or asking ANY questions regarding my daughter to increase the medication because this is typically what works for children. This doctor is unapologetically unethical! BEWARE!
