Dr. Gentry fixed my lumbar spine after it was damaged in 2019. I went from not walking to a normal life again. Not only is he a skilled doctor, but his bedside manner for patient care is exceptional. He treated me like the most important person and was the utmost professional while also being kind. One of the absolute best. ??

My visit with Dr. Jenkins has been exceptional. I almost lost my hand with a chainsaw, In less than 9 days Dr. Jenkins had me in surgery. He saved my hand and sincerely thank this dedicated professional Dr. All concerns before and after surgery were explained in full detail and were exactly what this surgeon predicted. I would recommend Dr Jenkins to whomever needs a true professional in his expertise. Also Jennifer Pennington. Occupational therapist working with Dr Jenkins is an absolute jem and couldn't trust a team as these two working together to make life normal again. Much love and many thank you to this team.

Trigger finger issue. Dr. Jenkins was very friendly and was able to treat my finger without having to do surgery. I would highly recommend him. My joke to him was he looks like Clark Kent. LOL

I was suffering from sciatic pain for months. Tried injections with no luck and then was referred to Dr.Gentry for surgery. One of the best decisions I have made. Dr.Gentry was professional and walked me through all of my options and what to expect from each. I opted for a discectomy. His Medical Assistant Jackie is also amazing. Her communication was timely and helped me with everything leading up to surgery. Surgery was a breeze. I was a bit sore for about a week after surgery but sciatic pain was completely gone. I just went for my two week update and I would say I am 80% back to normal and looking forward to the next few weeks when I once again enjoy life. If you are suffering, don't wait another day and go visit Dr.Gentry.

Dr Gentry performed my spinal surgery. I found him to be an excellent doctor and surgeon. Dr Gentry takes the time to listen. He took extra time to explain all the pros and cons of surgery before I decided to have the surgery. He was truly caring and compassionate after surgery and during recovery.

Dr. Alves is a fantastic doctor. She clearly explained treatment options to me and my 12 year old daughter. On surgery day she made sure all our questions were answered. Post surgery she showed us x-rays taken at different points through the procedure and gave us clear instructions for aftercare. She's friendly and put my daughter at ease through the entire process. Highly recommend her for pediatric orthopedic needs!

Our daughter was born with a severely crooked big toe and wasn’t getting any better as she was growing. We took her to see Dr. Alves and immediately she knew what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us and we get so comfortable putting our toddler into her hands. Overall she made it such an easy experience and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Terrible experience . He didn’t listen. He came in telling me what he thought instead of hearing my issues. He was rude and dismissive. He behaved as if he hadn’t read my chart by asking me ridiculous questions like,” have you been to see an Orthopaedic surgeon?” How could I do that when I was just in the ER for this ? When I managed to get a word in edgewise, He had nerve enough to tell me my symptoms were wrong. How can it be wrong if I am feeling it? I felt condescended to and like he thought I was making it up. He chastised me for not trying hard enough when he told me to push against his hand. I couldn’t do it with my injured arm! I WAS trying! He would not order an MRI as recommended by the ER. He didn’t even get additional x-rays. He decided it was my rotator cuff. I got a second opinion and he was flat wrong. They ran additional X-rays , heard me out and did the work to find the problem. They are now treating me and I am slowly on the mend. I will never go to Dr. Li again.

Trigger finger release—too much Lidocaine with Epinephrine given which caused a capillary constriction. Instead of treated the reaction, it was made worse in the ER by two Ortho PAs that put on a compression bandage. My thumb became necrotic and I lost one-third of my thumb, leaving me without fine motor control!

Dr Wood performed an ACL reconstruction on our 13-year-old daughter, and we feel extremely blessed to have gone through this very scary ordeal with him, by our side. Dr Wood made sure we were educated on all options, medical research/studies, and possible outcomes. He is incredibly communicative, compassionate and perceptive to the needs of his patients, and their concerned parents. Post-surgery, Dr Wood remains committed to her well-being and ultimate safe return to sports.

Dr Jenkins left my hand deformed due to not paying close enough attention during surgery. Dr Jenkins didn't believe me when I said I could feel the scalpel during surgery. He then reluctantly gave me more numbing medicine. The surgery was supposed to be 20 minutes - lasted a little over an hour. One thing you do not want to hear from your surgeon is "uh oh". I now have a very scarred thumb base and my finger still is not working properly. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
