I was a new patient with Dr. Harrison. First, I started off talking to Kim Smith and she was great..she really understand my issues that I am struggling with. Then my next appt 2 appts were with Dr. Harrison. He put me on some serious psychological medications. I'm suffering from PTSD, anxiety, deep depression and very angry at the world. This new world is just not the same anymore. It feels like no one cares or take other people's situations into consideration. But, Dr. Harrison put me on an old school hard core medicine with a couple others. I had a reaction with two of the meds he prescribed for me..I told him that I was still struggling but yet he kept me on the same meds. Bottom line...Dr's don't know everything. Double check your medications that he prescribes for you...Dr's aren't perfect and are human and make mistakes. Needless to say I won't be seeing him again. But, I'd like to send out a huge"thank you"to the kind, considerate &understanding.Thank goodness for Kim Smith

He listens. He asks questions to better understand. He's positive. Never downgrades your concerns. Very easy to talk to. Will let you determine the problem you want to discuss during a session.

Honestly one of the best Doctors I've had. He cares. He listens. Hes not afraid to take chances yet he tries to be consistent and deliberate with your care. I was surprised to hear that he reads blogs about medications and he wont give you canned responses like other doctor tend to do.

The first time I saw him i only aired for like 20mins the 2nd time I waited for an hour to talk to him for 15mins and even though he was taking notes he asked me the same questions both times. And he was rude. I'm obese and he asked me if weight loss surgery was something I'm interested in I said "yeah but I can't afford it." And he was like "I know that!"
