Dr. Patel's doctoring is probably fine but the staff and lab did not meet our needs: there was no order for the labs we were told to come for and a long wait while that got straightened out; the downstairs waiting room is shared and inadequate office space makes checking in and out awkward.

The office personnel routinely screw up in sending lab orders and referrals. Dr. Patel wanted me to get a second opinion but wouldn't give me the referral. He is not knowledgeable in the less common endocrine diseases.

Does not have good bedside manners, more interested in sharing his political views rather than listening to your concerns. Not helpful with insurance company requests. Staff does not follow up when you have refill questions or requests. Took me 2 months to get prescription refilled after multiple...
