Dr. Krenzel....my hero. New hip... new life! Every interaction with him and his staff was professional yet warm and comforting. Excellent all around experience!

Expedient, personable (he actually read my chart history and personal info before entering the room. Great eye contact, smile, seems to value the "person" side of me as well as the physical side.

He is a very compassionate person. He takes time to listen, then explains what needs to be done. I have been his patient since 2014, and I trust him completely.

Dr. Hurley performed a brief physical exam for acute left elbow discomfort and pain occurring for several weeks past. Following xrays the diagnosis was tendonitis which was to be treated with PT and oral Ibuprofen for approximately four weeks duration. I felt that he rendered both a thorough questioning and physical examination. He also questioned the current status of a right rotator cuff repair and biceps tendonesis that he performed approximately 14 years previous. I recovered remarkably well considering it was a major injury following a accidental fall from a ladder. His care and concern and care will always remain foremost and I can highly recommend Dr. Hurley for any individual seeking a competent orthopedic physician.

Dr. Norcross is truly exceptional. Not only is he meticulous during surgery (this I heard from virtually every person I met who was associated with the procedure and from other medical practitioners as well), but he is also personable and seems to really enjoy what he does. He is an excellent listener and a down-to-earth speaker. I really liked him. I liked his staff, and I am truly grateful that, because of this surgery (total hip replacement) the quality of my life has improved. It’s hard to wrap words around that.

Dr. Johnson was very attentive to my concerns and walked me through getting my first cortisone shot. I was scared out of my wits about this procedure but would do it again if I had to! I so appreciated Dr. Johnson’s empathy and advice. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Norcross addresses all your concerns. As a nurse, I'm aware that he is a very competent surgeon and feel safe in his care.
