Review of Dr. Hartwig

-

Without a doubt, the best doctor in his field. He did lung cancer surgery on my husband almost four years ago and so far cancer free. He is very caring and takes his time with us to be sure he answers all our questions and concerns. Always says if he can help with anything, let him know. In the last few months we have called on him twice about needed referrals and he has come through both times. He is well worth the wait because you have his full attention.

Review of Dr. Cohen

-

Visited today and was very impressed by his knowledge and care. When he first came in (hour wait) he was a little curt but when he came back he was excellent. His associate Lauren Fay was outstanding.

Review of Dr. Alspaugh

-Durham, NC |

Dr. Alspaugh's compassion for my state of mind after just finding out about a difficult diagnosis was nothing short of Amazing; after working with him very often the first year, my condition was under control, and I knew that I was going to be alright! I've continued to follow-up with him every six months for 12 years, and every time is like the first time. I consider him a partner in my treatment, not just a physician.

Review of Dr. Railey

-

I would not recommend this physician. He was my mother's physician after her very capable and competent physician relocated. I was surprised by the lack of care and interest he showed in her well being. In my opinion, my mother would still be alive if she was under the care of someone else. If your loved one has serious medical issues that require diligent monitoring and an engaged physician, look elsewhere. Trust me, I wish I had transferred her to a different physician.

Review of Dr. Johnson

-durham, NC |

Dr. Johnson is all around one of the best doctors I've ever had. She is thorough, professional, encouraging, pleasant, and engaging, and observant. She has a great smile and a friendly demeanor. I visit her to oversee my meds and provide advice now that I'm almost 70 and want to stay healthy. I love her proactive approach.

Review of Dr. Cohen

-none |

Dr. Cohen treated me as a simpleminded person. I felt insulted and left the office feeling devalued as a person. Several times he asked, "Do you understand what I am saying?", when I clearly understood the first time. Also, he made my symptoms to be about "Feelings" rather than an ailment.

Review of Dr. Roy

-

Dr Roy spoke very loudly to me, seemed to be in a very big hurry, and showed absolutely no empathy towards me. I would never recommend him as a “pain specialist” due to his lack of caring or being able to offer any options for my chronic pain.

Review of Dr. Roy

- |

Visited for severe, chronic pain. Treated me like a customer at a Used Car lot. Horrible bedside manners. He spent a total of 10 minutes with me, 5 of which I needed to explain why I was there. You would think he would have done some upfront work to understand my condition. He then gave me a bunch of product pamphlets on different brands of spinal implants. 10 minutes and then "pushed" a spinal implant?
