He has no empathy. Dr. Perry talks at you and not with you. I found him to be overly blunt he tells you he is this way. Luckily I was able to go elsewhere. The lab in their facility was unorganized.

Horrible bedside manner. Didn’t listen...I have been diagnosed with a condition, had a previous spot with the PA...he stated that bc of that condition and what was going on I should see Perry. Second appt was with Perry. He was angry and stormed out of the room due to me crying bc of the pain, later sent me to have a surgical procedure (exam). His finding...wow, he revealed to ME, the diagnosed condition that I told him and what I had already told his nurse and the PA at the previous appt. Unbelievable! I’ve had this condition for years so I always share when I am seeing a new doc especially a urologist who is to treat the condition!!!! Guess he didn’t bother to check my chart. He is incredibly rude, short tempered, arrogant and obnoxious. I recommend that EVERYONE steer clear.

Dr. Kizers tone is extremely condescending. Whenever we asked questions, he cut us off and asserted he was the expert. While we know this to be true, I find it problematic that a medical professional would choose his ego over empathy and kindness when engaging with patients/families during uncertain and trying times. Dr. Kizer ended up removing a major organ from my father and authoritatively asserted that removal would take care of the problem. My father will soon be starting chemotherapy, Dr. Kizer was wrong. I have a hard time understanding why a medical professional wouldn’t choose to err on the side of caution rather than an (wrong) assumption. Furthermore, there were complications from the surgery. Rather than offer kindness or responsibility, he asked if my father did anything to provoke these complications, victim blaming him. We were appalled, 7 days after a major surgery my father was resting and recovering, per Dr.’s orders. He is the epitome of egotistical/unprofessionalism

Dr. Kizer is great. He is not too aggressive which I like. He is efficient and answers my questions and addresses my concerns. His staff is patient and kind. Sometimes its hard to get through to the office so I leave a message and they call me back. Works nice for me.

Just completed a 7 month journey and Dr. Kizer has been professional and spot on during the entire process. I am 48 have a gleason score of 3-4=7 psa of 4.6. Basically the entire left side of my prostate all cores had varying % of cancer. The right side completely clean. Bottom line I would recommend anyone having prostate issues to see DR Kizer. He is a straight shooter and keeps you engaged in the process and fully informed. I am 7 days post surgery (robotic) totally cancer free, Thanks

Dr. Kizer has been very helpful taking me through prostate surgery and recovery. The whole thing has gone just as he told me it would. His skill with the DaVinci surgery allowed me to spend just one night in the hospital and be out in my yard working the next day. I had absolutely no pain following the procedure and have pretty much been living life as usual since the day after. Best of all I am now cancer free.
