I will never go there again! Their billing and precertification departments are absolutely terrible. My wife had a procedure in September of 2021. They did not pre-certify the procedure properly and the insurance company assessed a $233 penalty on them because of this. The insurance company deducted that amount from the negotiated rate that they were to receive. What was CNSA solution? They sent me a bill for $233! I have spent hours on the phone with them and my insurance company trying to understand what was going on. At first CNSA blamed the insurance company for giving them incorrect codes for the procedure (they do not get the code form the insurance, they supply it), next time I called they told me they called and my insurance and were told that they did not need to pre-certify.
