Review of Dr. Miller

- in Raleigh, NC |

As others have mentioned she doesn’t seem to care. I thought going to a female for female practice was going to be an awesome experience. Sadly disappointed. Dr Miller was more like a bored agitated CNA than an experienced Dr. All of the staff seem to be like robots also. Just going through the motions. I’m glad I cancelled my procedure with her and went with another practice and Dr. They were fabulous.

Review of Dr. Kaplan

- in NC |

I starting seeing Dr. Kaplan 16 years ago after a traumatic experience with the only female gastroenterologist practicing in the Raleigh area. Due to my anxiety following my previous experience (during a colonoscopy), Dr. Kaplan was willing to be patient with me and offer assurances that made me calm and trusting of him. He has performed at least four endoscopies and a colonoscopy on me and each procedure went well with no problems. My husband has become a patient of his also.

Review of Dr. Miller

She seemed rather in a hurry and I don’t feel like she listened to me and got an accurate overview of my symptoms. Of course she wanted to do a procedure on me, which I did but it really didn’t answer any of my questions or figure out why I’m having the symptoms I am having. Overall, I feel it was a waste of time.

Review of Dr. Vallabh

- in Morrisville |

I had to cancel my colonoscopy today because of the office staff. They could not get a prescription to the correct pharmacy after multiple calls. I was lied to by the manager who told me she sent it herself. When I arrived at the pharmacy there was no script, The only apology I was given was half given by the doctor. The staff never once apologized. This is the last place I would have see me after seeing how unprofessional this office is.

Review of Dr. Miller

Despite having nothing to "diagnose" my colonoscopy was coded as diagnostic and not preventative, despite what I was told before scheduling. This mistake on their part resulted in over $1000 out of pocket. In no way were they pleasant or willing to work with me.

Review of Dr. Miller

-Raleigh, NC |

Dr Miller ordered an endoscopy and when the results came back she had a nurse who was unable to answer any questions call me to tell me I have Barrett's esophagus. I would have appreciated a call from the doctor when the result of a test isn't normal. When I called to get the results sent to me, the nurse was very abrasive and was not at all helpful with the patient portal SHE told me to use. Apparently it's my fault she can't help me navigate THEIR system. Very poor office overall.

Not very caring or personable. After endoscopy, I wasn't given much information. Had to pull it out if her. Was given a Rx for a huge daily dose of Omaeprazole that made me sick, then another Rx that does not work. Bit my head off during a follow up visit, asking why I I stopped using the Omaeprazole. Told her I contacted her office to ask about it making me sick, and she told me to stop taking it. Too much to ask that she at least engage with her patients? Won't go back.

No eye contact, really loves typing on her computer. No talk back and forth. How would one know if she is s doctor on not?? More like a very bored intake nurse, reading back what you had filled out on the forms. I know nothing will happen, though I did send my information to the AMA.
