Dr Shih and every single one of her staff are gentle, kind, Compassionate and trustworthy.
Dr Shih goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for her patients. She has never hurt me during my visits. There have been times when she has performed services for me free when she didn’t have to. She is very knowledgeable and I trust her so much. The drive is well worth it!!!! ??

I have been going to Dr Shih for about 15 years, she is very professional, unlike my previous dentist that just wanted to charge a fortune for unnecessary, cosmetic work, Dr Shih only recommends what is functional necessary. At times "cosmetic" issues were needed and the quality of her work was awesome, she has done a couple of crowns and the color match is excellent, I can not tell myself which are my teeth and which ones are the artificial ones.

As a dental colleague I know Dr. Shih has wonderful technical skills, care, and judgement, and as one of her patients I am aware how much empathy she has for her patients during and after procedures. I feel so well taken care of during my visits to her practice and her staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

Getting a filling is never fun but Dr. Shih and her staff are so warm.... friendly...and professional it was pleasantly painless and quick. I can honestly say that I am 100% confident in the genuine concern for their patients and that they give top quality dental care.
