Dr Ogunsua saved my life when I had a heart attack. He is smart, compassionate, thorough, communicates in language I can understand, & has time for all my questions. Exceptional "bedside" manner, wonderful human being.

My mother goes into her for depression and anxiety. She is on so many meds that you have to use both hands. All the meds she takes it says not to drink alcohol. Dr C knows that my mom drinks and still prescribes her the medication.

Dr Callison is one of the only ER physicians that has taken my issues seriously. She is the first one that hasn’t “beaten around the bush” and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or like I needed to defend my diagnosis. Bottom line, I was HEARD by her, and that is unfortunately rare for medical professionals these days

Our family was so lucky to have Dr. Nesbo at Benefis Hospital. He was super kind, made us laugh during a rough situation, and was very accomodating. We were really pleased with his care. Excellent bedside manner.

Dr G should reread the "do no harm" part of her oath. My prescription (from my previous/retired dr) refill was ignored for 2 weeks, the GF Clinic pharmacy sent it to Family Practice 5 times! When they suggested I call her office I did but they didn't get back to me. I finally got ahold of the male nurse there who told me "she's not going to refill" and "she won't talk to you on the phone". This was an unpleasant surprise to me as she said nothing of the sort during my office visit. I learned more from the internet than from her. It is adamantly not recommended to quit my medication cold. So a very sarcastic Thank You for the horrible experience!

I arrived at the emergency room on the evening of December 26th. Not a great way to spend the day after Christmas, but thankfully Dr. Burnham was there for me. He and his team quickly assessed me and decided my gallbladder was very unhappy. After consulting with Doctor Phuoc, the surgeon on call, the need for surgery was clear. Is was discharged after careful consideration and instruction to make an appointment with Doctor Phuoc for surgery ASAP. I am so grateful for the emergency room staff as well as Doctors Burnham, and Phuoc. Doctor Burnham kept me up to date and well informed. What a wonderful Doctor. Thank you!

I WISH I COULD CHOOSE NO STARS!! She was very rude after I waited 2 hours despite having an appt. Barely did an exam..used covid as an excuse not to do her job. Made up an alert on my file to refuse me treatment, although she had NO details regarding the alert and despite my other providers at Benefis having NEVER mentioned said alert and being able to treat me with no problems. She was too lazy to look into the situation and shoved me out the door. Her nurse or pretend to be nurse screamed at me while I was waiting for my ride. Should not be allowed to pretend to be a doctor or treat patients!! Don't go to this clinic unless you have a whole day to waste only for your illness to be ignored and if you enjoy being degraded.

I found Dr. BURNHAM to have impeccable bedside manner. My visit was on a particularly horrid Friday 13th during the pandemic.. Overflow in the ER was an understatement. How he was able to remember names, check and refer several times, was impressive. I had high confidence in his interpretation of events and symptoms.

"I expressed concerns about my medication to Dr. Calkin several times when I was a patient. Her response was always "just wait and we'll deal with it next time". This went on for months. When I switched doctors my new doctor was immediately willing to work with me and my concerns. And what Dr. Calkin painted as an unreasolvable problem was easily resolved. I have spoken to others who have had similar negative experience with Dr. Calkin when it comes to being unreasonable or irresponsible with patient medications. Issues that from their testimony were resolved when switching doctors. This similarly matches my experience."

His bed side manner was cold and he tried to downplay my symptoms after I refused a specific treatment. In the end I left the hospital feeling worst than I did going in.

I would not recommend. There is no recognition that people have worth. There is utter disrespect of the value of patients time. Wait time is at least two hours. People have jobs and time restraints. How many people can afford to take a day off work just to be demeaned

I just read Dr. Gerasimou's evaluation of my wife in from January 2015. Dr. Gerasimou disregarded what symptoms that are generally associated with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (which she doesn't profess to be experienced with so should have declined an assessment) and seemed to evaluate her looking for a heart problem. More so, Dr. Gerasimou was very judgemental and seemed to be disaffected in her evaluation of my wife. I don't care how smart you think you are. Be professional, objective and take all things into consideration before jumping to conclusions about people's moral character.

Wendy has been treating me in the emergency room on and off for a year. She has gone above her call of duty! She takes time to help me and control my symptoms! She is amazing! She is a breath of fresh air! I know when I am in the er, she knows my symptoms and treats with professionalism. Thank You Wendy for helping me to when other physicians wouldn't! You are amazing! Dr. Taecker did not seem very interested in helping us when we came into the ER. He doubted my husband's complaints about having adverse reactions to prescribed medications. He actually said to us that he did not believe us. He was corrected by my husband's neurologist after contacting him. He was sent us out after literally saying "there's the door" and telling us to next time not come to the ER.
