I saw Dr. Garrett for sinus symptoms, I typically get a sinus infection 2-3 times a year as the seasons change and have actually seen her for them in the past. This time she wanted me to take a covid test before she entered the room. My symptoms were nothing like covid (I was infected in 2020) so I refused. She then made me produce a vaccination card to be seen. The poor nurse could not even find where to enter it into they system because she had never done it before. When Dr. Garrett finally entered my room, she stayed across the room from me and did not examine my conditions at all. She asked what I wanted and I said I was here to see if I needed an antibiotic. She sent in the prescription and sent me out the nearest door. And for the record, I took an at home test and it was negative. If her fear of Covid prevents her from properly completing her obligations as a nurse practitioner, she needs to step aside until she is more comfortable performing her job.

She is pleasant to talk to. She doesn't listen or take the patients concerns or knowledge in consideration. I am also a healthcare professional. I asked to get my labs redrawn (fasting), because I ate 3-4 hours before labs were drawn. I wasn't informed that labs were being drawn. I wanted to see how accurate the labs actually were, before restricting my didn't even more or killing myself at the gym. She didn't want to, so I am going to get them drawn somewhere else. I also don't feel she is aggressive enough as a provider, treatment potential chronic conditions.

If it weren’t for Dr. Garrett I may not be here. She thought I could possibly have meningitis and I did. She did the proper tests and I was rushed to the hospital and because of her, I am here today. Best doctor ever.

Over charged me for 2 passed visits. Was rude and condescending when I asked why. Told me I was “getting a deal” this time and when I questioned further threatened to take the “deal” away.

Awful, very rude. She seemed as if it was a chore to see me. Cannot get daily medications refilled ; pharmacist and I called, emailed, faxed for WEEKS to get basic medications..finally another physician in the group refilled my meds. I would not recommend you or any loved one going to get for medical help.

She does not listen to the concerns of patients, nor does she take time to alleviate fears or answer questions. Very hard to get needed medication.

Went to Dr Garrett as a new patient several months ago. Bree, her nurse has been absolutely wonderful. However not the doctor. Dr Garret seems very aloof and rushed. Her smile and bedside manner seem to be less than genuine. Please think twice about going to see her. I am on blood pressure medications. I went earlier in 2019 for healthy you, and then again around April for my shoulder. She refused my refill for my bp meds and required that I come see her. I went and asked for a different medication due to the recalls on my current one. She refused again and refilled my current meds. I literally drove 2 miles to my home after her refill appt and my bd meds had recalls plastered all over Facebook. Spoke to the nurse the next morning and the doctor refused to change my meds and required yet another appointment to change it. Even though it I just had an appt with her in the past 24 hours. Dr Garrett, I will not bother you with my visits again!

I usually go to specialists but felt like i need a primary dr in area. Visit with her was AWFUL. She was VERY rude and tlkn to her felt like i was asking an enemy for help. The visit was veryyy impersonal. When she walked in the room she looked like she was just so over the day or me already.! I will not be returning there and i DO NOT RECOMMEND her to no one. Oh yea. They tried to overcharge my insurance. BCBS.

Will not be returning. Visit was very impersonal, and she did not listen--resulting in my free healthy you exam being coded as a completely different outpatient procedure (very much not free). Cold, distracted, and strictly clinical. Not what I want in a doctor.

Very unorganized. This dr was heard screaming at her nurse in the hall. My father and I were there for 5 hours. This dr. Has a attitude problem. The office manager had to intervene during our visit. Horrible experience.
