My visit was great. My procedure was done on time by a very well coordinated team. I was treated very well. I appreciated the after care call also. I would recommend Dr. Ken Neu to family and friends.

It had been far too long since visiting Dr. Mattax. Primary reason is no real issues since he performed cataract surgery. Thought it was time for beyond the norm type exam. Dr. Mattax always communicates quite well & explains type issues & reports eye health after each type exam. I will now get back to the habit of annual exams with Dr. Mattax.

Dr Neu has been my eye doctor since about 1995 and treated my mom and Dad, my brother, my husband and myself. We all love Dr. Neu and I am so sad to see him retire. I will miss him greatly

Dr. Mattax was great. He explained everything he was doing during the procedure. He coaches you throughout it as. Someone telling you you're doing great, and hang on just a little bit longer helps calm your nerves during such a scary procedure. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He literally talks to you instead of at you. I definitely made the right choice by going to Maddox Nue Prater Eye Center.

I had an unexpected eye problem and called to see if I could see Dr. Smith. After asking the problem, they called me back and had me appointment for just a couple hours later. He was very gracious and checked out my eye, and gave me some antibiotic as my eye was infected, I could not have asked for better service by the staff or Dr. Smith I I appreciate the service and carried that Mattax Neu Prater gives to their customers.

He is open and honest about progress but delivers information with such a honest, caring demeanor. The office and staff are well trained. They provide an efficient, caring atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dr. Haden for any of your eye care needs. I have been going to him for several years and last month had to have cataract surgery. I was uneasy about having the surgery and Dr. Haden and the staff bent over backwards to help me through the process. I now can see better than I have been able to in a long time and I'm so grateful for their patience and understanding, as well as their expertise! It is so nice to see everything so clearly and to be able to drive and actually read the road signs, as well as all the other signs. Thank you, Dr. Haden and staff for giving me my sight back!
