Review of Dr. Gleva

- |

I was in my late 30s when my arrhythmia changed to idiopathic vtach. I was scared since I still had 3 young children to raise. She explained everything to me and did thorough tests to find out what was going on and what our next steps should be. She has taken care of me since and I’m almost 51. I have incredible faith in her skills and knowledge. She is conservative with her treatment while listening to my needs. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needed heart care.

Review of Dr. Smith

I feel Dr. Smith fails to take the needed time to listen to you. Two visits ago, he failed to read the intake nurse’s chart input about what drugs I was taking and I had to correct him. Then at my last visit, the nurse practitioner who saw me (who also failed to read the intake nurse’s chart input) was surprised when I had to correct her as to what drugs I was taking as well. Two appointments and two care errors - I am now changing providers.

Review of Dr. Smith

-St Louis, MO |

My post operative care was horrible. It was as if he and his staff were saying "not my problem". Barnes is also a gross place to have anything done. It is not clean, difficult to park, and extremely cluttered and confusing to get around.

Review of Dr. Ewald

Dr. Ewald was very thorough in his explanation of tests, etc . He was very personable and spent the time I needed answering questions. His staff was very friendly. My appt was at 8:30 and I got called back at...8:30! I would highly recommend him.

Review of Dr. Gleva

-St Louis, MO |

Had an appointment regarding AFib. She sent in another doctor first without explanation (not necessarily an issue) then both came into the room and Dr. Gleva proceeded to scold me about my abnormal condition. She was rude, condescending, vague and non-commital about my options for treatment, continually offering "pamphlets" instead of answering questions herself. And, never any explanation about why I was treated so poorly. Worst doctor visit I ever had. Would almost recommend anyone else first.

Review of Dr. Ludbrook

- in Jerseyville, IL |

Dr. Ludbrook is an amazing doctor and person. Dr. Ludbrook is incredibly intelligent, whatever heart problem/s you have he will find it and fix said issue. I was under his care for 4 years until i was implanted with the lvad and i was very disappointed and sad that i could no longer go to Dr Ludbrook with my probles. Very sad. He is a great man, kind, compassionate, and quite empathic. I highly recommend Dr Ludbrook .

Review of Dr. Gleva

- in St Charles, MO |

Saw Dr. Gleva about an ablation for a-fib& a-flutter.I know about this procedure,I work in the O.R. She kept looking in my chart & telling me I didn't have a-flutter with my heart (I have a copy of my chart) I've had this for 8 yrs. doctors & tests have confirmed it.Her info about ablations was not accurate to any other doctor's info that does this. She gave me a neuro exam(why?), told me she didn't do afib ablations( her staff & my cardio said she does) & to come back in 4 mos.DON'T Recommend
