Review of Dr. Packer

-Lansing, MI |

I saw him for my onset of dizziness in May. After all testing, he thought I had Vestibular Migraines. He was thorough and helpful, and concerned when a medication made me very depressed. He’s been great, but let me go when I moved which was upsetting. He spends enough time to explain things but is a busy man and you can tell it.

Dr. Boyd is caring, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He performed my minor tongue surgery and I had a quick recovery. I would recommend him to anyone.

Stay as far away from this guy if you have throat cancer. He will slice you up until he has no more use for you. You will suffer more pain than you can ever imagine and your recovery time will be months. He is willing to cut so much out of your throat that you may not be able to ever eat solid food again. And once he realizes he can cut no more, he will throw you under the bus because you are financially worthless to him. Remember, the guy is an ENT specialist. Contact Barnes Jewish hospit

Excellent Physician!! Took over 45 minutes explaining my diagnosis and the outcome. I left feeling confident that I was in good hands and that I would be OK.

Review of Dr. Hartman

-Chesterfield, MO |

Visit was for my daughter, saw him one time then we could not get in for a second visit for video strobe as he recommended. Our appointments were bumped 3 times and when their office reschedule, they pushed to 2 weeks to the next open spot. I told them my daughter has headaches daily and cries in pain. They didn't care to see her sooner. I looked for a different doctor. I had to call them multiple times for the order of the video strobe to get to the other doctor. It took them a month.

Misdiagnosed problem, had existing button trach 14 years, now had low oxygen at night. I asked for a regular trach tube at night. He told me to come back in a month! Even though I had proven low oxygen at night. Second visit, handed to prescription for wrong type of regular trach tube at end of visit. Wrong type of tube (I did not need balloon, I am not on a vent). Said Followup as needed. Medical records co-mingled with another patient with entirely different medical problems with new EMR

Could be more compassionate and explain diagnosis more clear. Always get 2nd and 3rd opinions. Great surgeon not so great at explaining diagnosis.

Review of Dr. Wallace

- in St. Louis, MO |

Dr. Wallace is the BEST OF THE BEST!! He really knows his stuff, and has a GREAT Bedside manner. There are some days you have to wait a while, but it is because he takes the time to answer questions from his patients and doesn't throw you out of the office before you get your questions asked or your treatment finished. Great Guy !!!
