I would not recommend him to anyone. I made an appointment to see him for some new symptoms I was having. I asked for blood work to check my thyroid as I have a family history of thyroid disease and had textbook symptoms of hyperthyroidism. He flat out told me no it definitely wasn't my thyroid but my autoimmune issues we already knew about flaring up. There was nothing he could do for me if I wouldn't take meds which I had already said I didn't want to do. He absolutely refused to listen to anything I had to say or answer any questions I had.

I am a new patient and I was nervous for my appointment because it is my first time seeing rheumatologist and some of the reviews are not good. But Dr. Ince was very kind to me and asked me questions and seemed like he really wanted to figure out why I am in pain.

I have been a patient with Dr. Ince for years. Since I was running approximately behind for a recent appointment, the office was called to inform them. The attendant informed me that they would not be able to accommodate the appointment although I was en-route. Apparently, there is no grace period there. However, over the years, I have waited and accommodated them as needed. I have also accommodated Dr. Ince's five (5) minutes he spends in the room with you, as he always seems rushed and wants to move on to the next patient. It seems as if patients are run through the office to get numbers. Not sure what is going on there, but I would not recommend this doctor. I switched to another doctor with a good beside manner that does not mind answering questions and does not rush through appointments as I have encountered here.

I fought my way through the snow to try to get to my appointment. I called to say I was going to be a couple minutes late and they told me they had to cancel my appointment. The weather is horrible and I’m old. This is terrible treatment. I could understand if I was going to be super late but I was going to be Les than 10. This is a disgrace

We would never recommend Dr. Ince to anyone. He was rude and even after his office was called within 30 minutes after the appointment to cancel any processing of blood work he ran it anyway. This was a horrible experience.

Dr. Dehlendorf was kind and seemed to genuinely care about getting to the root of my chronic pain. She did a thorough exam and was willing to run many tests to try to figure it out. However... my follow-up appointment was with her nurse practitioner, Elaine. She came in, told me my test results didn't point to anything specific, and tried to send me on my way. I've read so many great things about Dr. D and her diagnostic abilities, that I was disappointed to be dropped so quickly. If I go back to this office, I'll request to only see the doctor. I think that's the only way my pain will be investigated.

waited 6 weeks to find out what type of auto immune disease I have, filled out reams of paperwork, took me 45 minutes to find this dinky office and basically blew me off after only 10 minutes when I was told to plan on a 2 hour visit. Will never recommend him, will not follow up with him ever!!

The office canceled my appointment the day before with Dr. D because I saw another Dr. in the practice 1x over 9 years ago and they said I should have been scheduled with him instead. They offered me an appointment with him in over a month. My elbow is dislocating this week, so I was really relived to see her. I've heard great things about her diagnostic abilities and my other Rheum said they don't know really what is wrong but they want to give me methotrexate anyway. So angry & disappointed!

BAck when he was a young doctor, he was fabulous...the best! When he moved, I lost track of him, & was thrilled when about 8 years ago I found him! I made an appointment and was SO DISAPPOINTED! He spent a few, rushed minutes with me. Prescribed a nerve test (why?). Dr. Ince has become one of the WORST doctors I've ever seen! What a pity! DON'T GO TO HIM! WASTE OF TIME and NO GOOD RESULTS!

Dr. Dehlendorf was recommended to me upon an out-of-state move last year. I couldn’t be happier with her service. She listens attentively and involves the patient in the plan of care. She is positive, thorough and wholly dedicated to her work. Dr. Dehlendorf is a gem in the mine of rheumatology. I’m thankful that she is my physician.

Kept me on high dose of prednisone for a year. Asked for bone density test twice, she never ordered one, same with Reclast shots, too expensive I was told. Because of osteoporosis, I have 4 collapsed lumber vertebrae, 3 with vertebroplasty which helped little. My temporal arthritis reached my brain while she fiddled around and I have numbness in both legs and hands, & deaf in rt ear. Referred finally to WU rheumatology they stopped progress but I live now in pain and sadness. "First do no harm"

I would highly recommend Dr. Ince and his staff I have been a patient for over 12 years and from day 1 have been treated with respect and compassion. Some remarks are negative and all I can say to that is, make your own choice and judge for yourself. Dr. Ince is caring and does look at all those forms they make you fill out so he knows whats going on before coming in the room. Can't say enough about this great doctor!

Dr Dehlendorf was the first doctor in over 20 years that helped my son. She diagnosed him, prescribed treatment and he has since felt better. Thank you so much for helping Joseph. Words can not express how very grateful we are. When I think of how his life will change because of you my heart swells. RA is a terrible disease that causes excruciating pain and sucks the life out of you. If you have arthritis or related illness, make an appointment to see her. She listens to you.

I have been seeing Dr Ince for a few years now and find him to be very pleasant, straight with me when I ask questions about the RA I have. When I first saw him (after being treated by a less then qualified MD) Dr Ince took the time to work with me to find the best medication and amount of medications that works to keep the arthritis under control. I have never had him treat me poorly and he himself has called me to answer my questions.
