WINGHAVEN PEDIATRICS

My daughter (15) and my son (7) are both patients of Dr. Oswald. They see her regularly. She very intelligent and always to the point. She's always willing to answer questions and explain things in detail when needed.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr. Alison for 11 years now. We love her! She doesn't push medicine when it is not needed, she is easy to talk to, and she takes great care of my kiddos!

My 4yr old daughter had on and off fevers the past few, starting have incontinence, and was taking several naps during the day. It was now Saturday morning. I called the office and despite getting ready to leave for the day, they recommended I bring my daughter in. After at least an hour of drinking water and trying to get some urine to test, the office staff and Dr. Panasci continued to show great patience. My little girl had to be cathed and they showed great empathy. The difficult circumstance was not in vain. My little girl had an infection and needed antibiotics. She completed her antibiotics and is back to her playful self. I am so grateful for Dr. Panasci and the staff for their time.

We've been taking our kids to Dr. Panasci for several years. She's a great doctor. She's never been rude or condescending. She is wonderful with the kids and they've always felt comfortable talking with her. She's very trustworthy and gives good sound advice. I highly recommend her!

I have 5 children ranging in age from 21 to 6. I have never had a doctor try to make me feel like a bad parent until I met Dr. Oswald. She lectured us, was very rude, and then up and walked out without anything to say to my sick little girl. Not even "I hope you feel better". Awful personality!

I am so surprised to see a negative review about Dr. Panasci. She is an amazing physician and my kiddos feel so comfortable seeing her. I have 4 children who just love her...

She is great!!! A wonderful pediatrician for newborns through teens.

I have been seeing Dr. Panasci for 10 years and have never found her to be rude.. Dr Panasci takes care of my son and my daughter. My kids will only see her and Lori Payne. I love this practice and would highly recommend taking your children here!

I used to love Winghaven Pediatrics until I had the bad fortune of having an appt w/Dr Panasci. Maybe she was having a bad day but she was quite rude & non chalant about my child’s illness. She actually acted as if we were wasting her time (the whole 10 min she spent with us & I was told to bring my child in) only to be told go to a specialist because they deal w/it more than her.REALLY??! I needed a recommendation & she said to call my insurance. Please ask for someone else in the practice.

She is very caring and thorough. Listens to parents concerns and checks on them. Invests time in getting to know her patients and their family dynamics. A wonderful person and very knowledgeable practitioner.

Lori is amazing and our favorite care provider for our kids. We respect her and really like her and are thankful she is so easy to talk to and understands our needs. She is very responsive as well.

She is rude and unprofessional. She makes condescending remarks to the parents. My child had been very ill and we went to an urgent care after hours since her office was closed. My child was 99.9% better thanks to the urgent care's xrays and appropriate meds that were prescribed. We went to Dr Oswald for a simple follow up visit a week later . Never did I expect a lecture from a Dr who was upset because we used an urgent care & had negative things to say about other drs/clinic. Very nasty DR!

She is rude and doesn't want to work with other specialist when there was a need. When my child complained about chest pain, she threatened her that she might have to meet with a heart specialist. Later the other pediatrician found that she was experiencing a joint pain in the ribs due to a medical cause. It was a night mare working with Dr. Oswald. She can handle kids with no medical issues but I would never ever recommend her or go back to her if your kid has medical condition to be treated.
