I have seen Dr. Schroeppel for many different hip problems over the last several years and he has been nothing but patient, kind, and always willing to try and fix the problem. His staff, Drew, Amy, and Erica are phenomenal and so easy to talk to and work through different problems. Dr. Schroeppel has great bedside manner and will explain thoroughly what is wrong. Even through the years and many frustrating moments he's stood by me and helped me try to achieve a pain free life. He is truly one of the best and I am trust him endlessly.

Saw him for the first time today. His office staff were professional and kind. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. Very impressed and would highly recommend. We saw him for a second opinion, only wish we saw him first.

Dr Schroeppel is very kind. He came highly recommended for my shoulder surgery. He explained the surgical procedure, gave pictures when it was done that you bring to the first post op visit to see what was done. I would choose him again. My only issue was getting the follow up appointments after the first 2 week post op visit. My appointments were changed several times and wound up seeing the PA once. I believe, however, that if I had complications they would have worked me in. I had none.

If you're an athlete or active person, you must see Dr. Key. He handled my surgery for ruptured ACL and torn meniscus. My experience top notch in every way. I would wait months to have him operate me if I had to. I would never go anywhere else. As an athletic director, I'm thankful I know to direct athletes.

I had knee replaced and got an infection at 5 weeks post. He debrieded it rather than replace. For one yr plus I complained of the pain but dr Key said it was my back. No x ray was every taken. By then I couldn't walk and pain was unbearable. I went to back Dr and told them what Key said. After showing that Dr x-ray taken the dr said it was my knee which was not attached to my bone anymore needed immediate surgery. Found out it was standard to take x-rays I have been disabled now for nine yrs

Dr. Schroeppel is an absolutely fantastic orthopedic surgeon. He is very efficient and his skills are outstanding. While, an orthopedic surgeon at North Kansas City Hospital after spending a week there, told me that there was nothing wrong with me, and did not want to schedule any follow up appointment with and did not want to schedule any follow up appointments with me. I saw this outstanding orthopedic surgeon KU Medical Center, and he immediately realized I had a severed hamstring. Kudos.
