I have absolutely no complaints about any visit to Dr. Madala. I feel he Is a very kind, patient, understanding, doctor. He answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand what Is going on. My family also appreciates the type of Dr. he Is. I trust Dr. Madala and would never, ever want another Urologist.

Rude, condescending, did not even examine me for the issue I went into the office for. Made me feel like an idiot, like I’m overreacting, that I should not be wasting his time. I will not go back to Research Neurology in the future because of this doctor. Awful man!

I would not recommend Dr. Ahmed. Recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, he would not directly answer any of my questions relating to my diagnosis and he kept ordering more tests and unnecessary procedures to confirm the diagnosis that I had already received. It was clear I had MS, and after sharing my MRI results with him 3 different ways, he still would not read my results to me. I was having relapse issues and made multiple attempts to contact the office for assistance, they were unprofessional and unhelpful and said "if you feel so bad, go to the emergency room" so I did and the ER was shocked i went without any doctor referral for my symptoms. He then later scolded me for going to the ER and said "he would have told me differently" but he never returned my calls in the first place. He only gave excuses why he wouldn't read my multiple MRI results to me nor would give me direct answers to my diagnosis. The staff is rude and unhelpful. If you have MS, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!

My last appointment was a disappointment .Unknown to me Dr. Ahmed had a meeting at my scheduled appointment time of 09:00. I was informed at approximately 09:20 that the doctor was still in a meeting and was running late. I waited until 9:35 then asked to be rescheduled.

Dr. Ahmed is the most experienced neurologist in the entire region hands down, he has been doing this before I was even born, he spends lots of time with me as a patient and is in no rush when he is in the room. I couldn’t be more happier and satisfied as a patient, I don’t know that there is a case or problem out there that he couldn’t figure out and solve.

While he may be knowledgeable, he was very impersonable and almost rude during my appointment. I was not sure he knew what my problem was though I realize it os a very rare neurological issue. He suggested a treatment that my neurolosurgeon said would not be helpful at all. I believe we patients deserve better treatment.
