when i went to see Dr. Maben i felt relaxed right off the bat, she seemed very concern with what issues i have. She orders some test and when they came back they was on the phone with me to let me know what they had found. They took the time with me and i really liked that so many Doctors just get you in and out not caring about your health, so with that being said i am glad i switched doctors.
Dr. Lewis and his nurse, Jeanie, have taking care of my health needs for over 25 years. An example of the excellence is he detected my prostate cancer at the early stages and sent me to great urologist who did surgery that has keep me cancer free for 14 years. Thanks to this kind of care I am now 80 and healthy.
I would highly recommend Dr. Maben to my family and friends because she is a doctor who asks questions, explains in terms anything you ask and takes the time to exam her patients as if you are the only ones see is seeing that day. She always greets you with a smile. She always gives you a sheet of what took place that day for future reference. Her office is clean and the staff are very courteous and efficient. The information on the screens give pertinent information for various health issue
Dr Maben stays current with the latest of everything from medicines, advancements of technology of all forms. Dr Maben always in the last 20 years plus, has always made the correct diagnosis and treatments the first time. Dr Maben has saved my life several times and allowed me ways to remain independent.
I found Dr. Lewis to be courteous he listens well and is very well informed about his industry .
I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen, in addition his nurse Jeannie is very good.
Megan is very detailed in her exams. I feel that she is providing a thoughtful and thorough review of her observations. My care is ongoing and I currently feel confident of having all my bases covered, medically.
I very much like the medical practice of this Internal Medicine doctor. I would encourage anyone to make her their primary care doctor.
Dr. Lewis is very personable and kind. He has been my primary physician for many years and I highly recommend him.
My experience with Megan Pollema is always a good one.
Dr. Lewis is a caring, friendly, extremely competent physician. I can speak openly to him about any medical problem I have. He and his nurse, Jeanie, are wonderful to interact with. They are also very good about any follow up on issues. Other physicians should see him as a model to emulate.
Dr. Pamela Maben, MD is very thorough with advice and listens to everything you say and is always focused on your problems or illnesses and is aggressive to find solutions. she is easy to talk to and courteous. The waiting rooms are very clean and your wait is never long. I would recommend Dr. Maben for all your healthcare needs.
I have been going to Dr. Maben for several years. She is always very good at sending me to specialist or some else if needed. She is very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to everybody.
I enjoy visiting with Megan Pollema whenever I am privileged to be her patient. She is courteous, proficient and very friendly. I leave feeling I have been treated with respect and concern by a knowledgeable specialist.
my wife and I have been cared for by DR.Chandra for years. We both are very pleased with the care and attention the DR. and his staff have given us.
Dr. Maben is always friendly which we appreciate. But more than that, she is truly concerned about any issues we may be having. I would recommend her as a physician to my family and friends.
He is always friendly and willing to discuss issues.
Very disappointed. She took over after my doc moved to Ca. I've only seen her twice. After a test that indicated I had a big problem, she had someone in her office call & drop the bad news bomb who couldn't answer any of my questions & directed me/sent my paperwork to the wrong kind of specialist for follow up. Turns out I'm fine but I cried at work. Not cool. Would be nice to be asked if it was a good time to talk.
Dr Chandra has treated three generations of my family. My grandfather, my parents and my brother and I have always received wonderful, compassionate and brilliant care. I'm now the last of my family as his patient and have been seeing Dr Chandra for forty years. He deeply cares about the health of his patients and I trust him with my life.
I was forced to make an appointment with Dr. Maben because she refused to renew my prescription for Niaspan. There was not other information rather than I had to set up the appointment. When I explained that I was not happy about paying for an office visit, the nurse told me that I do not have to see her and pay for the visit if i do not want to. I delayed seeing a doctor. I was told by the nurse that Niaspan causes heart attacks and that is why the Dr. wanted to see me. That is not true.
If you want a medical person that has good computer skills and is good at making referrals then she is for you. If you want a medical person that is personable and knowledgeable then she is definitely not the one to choose
Chosen as Primary Physician. Lacks empathy and dedication to forming patient relationships. Not open to discussing alternative treatments. Expects patients to go with her diagnosis and not question or disagree. She will end services if you take responsibility for own health matters and question her findings.
