I liked dr koivunen from the beginning. She was up front, to the point, I had a rough time with healing and she got me through it with as little pain as possible. And thanks to her I'm cancer free. There was no deceit along my journey she was upfront about everything. She took every step with me. I would recommend her to everyone. I'm thankfull to have her for my doctor.

I had about 6 clinic visits before my surgery for gallbladder removal. I was a bit of a risk due to a stemi I had a couple months prior and for being on blood thinners.... I saw Nelson at everyone one of those visits. But come surgery day, I never saw him. I had a rough recovery which made me have a four day hospital stay after the surgery. Never saw him any of those days either.... Rude and just odd.

Zero stars!!!- find a different doctor! My son had tube placement for his ears and we were rushed through at the hospital and clinics. However we were severely delayed at surgery after the staff demanded we show up 2 hours early to our appointment for surgery. The physician never came to speak to us after surgery and we were rushed out of post op without information except the packet they gave to us. This clinic also falsified medical information at our son's clinic appt that then cause delay of treatment at another physical appt he had. It doesn't include that we had to wait over 3 hours of wait time on the phone just to schedule an appointment. Also was refused service for my child twice for an ear infection as was told he needed an audiology appt. Will never use this provider or ENT clinic again.

I had a very bad experience. I dont even want to give one star. My son has had breathing problems for awhile now we were at womens and childrens for a total of 24 days due to rsv the doctor in icu recomended us to have a scope done because they were having concerns with his nasal passages. When we went to the apt the first time he cancled with out telling ahead of time. The second time he was very disrespectful in many ways when me or my husband would try to express concerns he would interrupt us and tell us that what we were talking about was not the concern. He then asked me why I wanted to do a scope. I felt like he was saying my child was fine and I am dumb for bringing him. I would not have came if it wasnt for being recomended. When they did the scope he did not explain things and was harsh and rushing the resident in and out. My son is 4 months old and he was awful with him and he will not listen to you at all! I dont recommend him for any age

I have twins. One had 6 ear infections in 6 months and he refused to do tubes and wanted to see him back later to find out they canceled the appointment saying it was not necessary. I took him in for a second opinion because he had yet another ear infection the dr said he should have had tubes months ago. My other son has had breathing issues since day 1. Dr gov ari was helpful for my other son for awhile ordered tests to help tey and figure the problem but he had fluid in his ears for 2 months straight he wanted to monitor for 8 more weeks I took him in for a second opinion and his ear drum his purple and the bone is possibly infected due to nothing being done.

My daughter was referred by her oncologist for Dr Gov-Ari to do her surgeries. He has always been very through at every appointment. He always explained things in detail and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him.

Stay as far away as you can! I had three appointments with this doctor. First appointment he was not there, second two appointments he kept me waiting for two hours. He then told me I had to give up my patient right and agree to have his students operate on me and if I "didn't want that I should go to a private hospital". His nurse then gave me a consent form already filled out with the witness signature. When I called the hospital he said he would not do the surgery.

With me she was dishonest at first, and later sarcastic, condescending, and completely unconcerned with my pain-levels, mental and emotional well-being, and after-care. Breast cancer is brutal business, and she made it so much worse for me than if I'd had a doctor who really cared. Please find yourself someone else if you are facing this.

Dr. Stannard and his team are wonderful! I had multiple fractures, and though his surgical procedures and care I am walking today( which was unsure at the time). He has performed multiple surgeries on me with absolutely no surgical infections!

Not nice. Made the wrong decision about my surgery. Hateful attitude. Has caused much pain and suffering to me. Please get a second opinion. I'm still suffering, and removed a perfectly healthy area of my body!!!

He was very rude and condescending and acted like he had better places to be. He also did not do the procedure he was supposed to do, but instead, I felt like I was told they would do it just so they could do the procedure they wanted to do, which was unnecessary and costly and put my medically fragile child at risk.
