I met with Ms. Krueger for medication management several times. She had no interest in listening to the symptoms or side effects I was having due to the trauma I've experienced. I understand she's not a therapist, but she also refused to connect with my long-time therapist for consult. I signed ROIs at both clinics so that they could connect. My therapist reached out to Ms. Krueger several times. She didn't even have the professional curtesy to return her messages.

She's honest, kind, and a good listener. She has done well for me. I prefer non MD psychiatrists, and I'm glad I found Alicia.

My daughter has seen Alicia Krueger for a couple of years. I accompany her since she is on the Autism spectrum and needs support. We think Alicia is amazing. We've seen multiple providers who can't stack up next to Alicia. She listens and understands. Those two attributes are not often found together. She truly cares. That's not the case with many mental health providers. So many others care more about getting you out of their offoce than caring about why you are there. My daughter has off the charts anxiety but she is comfortable and puts her trust in Alicia. We are very happy to be on her case load. Our hope is that she stays with Allina for a very long time. She is a treasure.

Been with Krueger for 3 years, every appointment and interraction felt like a battle. Communication felt like a toxic relationship, I'd challenge what she recommended or an otherwise incorrect statment or claim (most of her recomendations going against my documented medical history) and she would retaliate in some passive way, such as removing a diagnosis that has been there for over 15 years and i have had 2 diagnostic assesments after that which confirm, that yes, I do infact have PTSD, which all of my medications are for. Another thing is she would constantly throw in my face that she prescribes me Clonazepam and how not a lot of providers would anytime I gave her a hard time. She is visibly and audibly "off". I stayed because I was too scared to move on but I was even more scared to stay, I had other providers accompany me to the appointment at times. I do not reccomend.

She is amazing! I went to her when she was at Central Clinic and she listened, connected with her patients, and asked questions to narrow in on the prognosis. I came across this site when I was googling where she moved to after Central Clinic because I want to go to that clinic and have her be my nurse practioner. She is the absolute best and I have and would absolutely recommend!

Called to schedule an appointment wherein i informed them i just needed to fill a prescription. Sat in exam room for an hour where i was seen by 3 different people, including a student. After an hour, I was told that the computer system was down and that there was no way for me to obtain my medication unless i came back the next day. Asked if prescription could be faxed or written down and i was told no. Will now have to take time off work two days in a row and will be without my meds tomorrow.

She didnt listen at all. Ive been in psychiatric care for 20 years and I know what meds I cannot tolerate. She glazed over my input and insisted i take things that have horrible effects for me.. I refused and told her to close my case and made an apt with a new provider. She then refused to close my case and the clinic would not allow me to see a new provider cause I was on her case load and they cant "share clients". I saw her once for half a visit and left. Save yrself, DO NOT see this hack.
