Finally someone that listens to me

She really took the time to listen to me and cared about my recovery by keeping me accountable. I can't say enough for that

Jonathan Kirby is a wonderful therapist. He is kind, understanding, and is an all around lovely therapist to work with. It is obvious that he truly values his patients and does everything in his power and within the limits of a therapist to help you work towards a healthier, higher quality life. I could not recommend him more. My only qualm is that it is occasionally hard to get an appointment in, but it's totally understandable as male therapists are in higher demand since they are so far and few in-between. Overall, a great experience.

She is compassionate and highly intuitive. She guides you in ways that help you discover yourself more while teaching you new tools to use in your daily life.

Highly skilled therapist and an outstanding person. Caring, empathetic, intelligent, great sense of humor, and professional. Being a former psychologist myself, I can be quite picky!

Authoritative and dissmisive of patients’ input. Does not listen to patient other than to check off responses as she looks on a computer screen. In my opinion, lack of culturally competence practices and very biased.

The worst experience I've ever had with a therapist. I was made to feel as though my trauma was not import enough to be treated and that my answers about my own feelings were wrong. I cried for two days about the visit, but gave it a second chance after talking to a different therapist, as well as speaking to Valerie directly. The next visit was even worse. I left feeling alienated, told I was wrong and that somehow a horrible thing that had happened to me was my fault. In short, terrible.

She did not listen to my concerns nor form her own opinion. She could not treat me without checking in with someone higher up than she. It was a total waste of my time and money seeing her.
