We are sooo happy to have her as our family doctor. She always goes the extra mile and is so understanding and helpful.
I've seen her a few times, and honestly i'm not fond of her at all. I've left every appointment in tears. She just doesn't act like she cares for my well being, and that's sad. I go see a doctor because I don't feel good and pray that the doctor can help me, not mentally hurt me. She's said way too many things that she shouldn't have, very hurtful. :( She might be the perfect doctor for you, but she sure isn't for me.
Dr. Endsley is by far the best doctor I have ever met, she knows her stuff. She took me seriously after I had been blown off by prior physicians and instead of telling me I was depressed or it was all in my head, she ran tests and did find something. I am very thankful to her that she did. She is super sweet and caring too!
I have been a patient of Dr. Endsley's for about a year now and more recently my husband visited her and we have taken my children to her. She is the best doctor my family has had in a long time. I have taken my children to Pediatricians in the past but decided to see how things would go and I took them to see her. My children love her and she was so patient with them.
Dr. Endsley is a very caring and compassionate doctor. I have been to several different physicians in this area and she is the only one who took the time to listen to me and discover the source for my symptoms.
She mocked and humiliated me when I told her I was struggling with depression.
She doesn't listen, is hareful, insensitive and rude.
Upon recommendation of my floor nurse during my recent hospital stay I contacted Dr. Endsley with a request to fix my insulin Rx. There was an issue with the Rx for the hospital pharmacist so the hospital would not fill my insulin for my stay. Fortunately my surgeon worked with me and allowed me the have my own supply brought in. What makes the situation really bad is the phone I received from Dr Endsley. She was rude, hatefull and sarcastic. I am in severe pain, I told her, yet she continued.
I would highly recommend Dr. Spurling to all my family and friends. She put me at ease and took the time to answer all my questions. I am 62 with several long term health problems, and I found her to be very knowledgeable and caring. I'm sure she would be great with kids too, because she has such a friendly way. Dr. Tripp will take the time to explain things to you. He takes the time to show you your xrays and will pull up on the computer what normal looks like for comparison. During an injection he explains what he is doing and both good and bad are explained. He also checks to make sure your insurance covers any referrals he may make.
Front office staff is extremely rude, does not return calls or set appointments for any dates/times requested. If you can actually make it through them and see Dr. Tripp don't expect him to know anything that he can't look up on his computer. You won't be impressed and you won't get the care needed.
