For nearly 2 weeks I have been trying to get the office to authorize an expired RX. I have called 5 times and always get a recording and nobody ever calls back. They also have an anti-vax phlebotomist who has not received a flu or COVID vaccine and by nature of the job is in very close proximity to some of the most vulnerable people. I am actively looking for a new office now.
