Jennifer has been my Dr. for years. I would not suggest her to anyone. She doesn't listen, she doesn't take your opinion into consideration. She seems to have a personal agenda and she will stick to that. I have personally had to research my own conditions and treatments and then present them to her before she will even approach the subject. She often seems to talk down to me or disregard my concerns. I continue to think the next time will be better but after over 7 years, I have found a new PCP.

I recently had a baby at Niles hospital. The staff was very friendly. Natasha was my baby’s doc. She was so friendly and did such a good job explaining everything to me concerning my baby’s care. I felt very informed in all that was going on and appreciated the extra time she took.

I recently had a baby at Niles. The staff was very friendly. Natasha was my baby’s doc. She did such a good job explaining to me everything that was going on with my baby and kept me informed. I appreciated how friendly she was and the extra time she spent answering my questions.

On one occasion, I sent a message through My Chart, and I never got a response. On another occasion, I left a voicemail on the nurses line, and no one called me back. Deanna is hit or miss. She will sit and listen and not rush you. BUT, the follow through is pretty awful. She was supposed to call in a medication for me. She never got back to me about it. I tried to call the office on a Friday about it, and they closed at 12. I went the whole weekend without. I called Monday on THREE separate occasions (leaving a voicemail on the nurses line), and no one ever got back to me. Frustrated, I called the next day, and the receptionist was shocked that no one had gotten back to me and then told me that Deanna wasn’t in the office that day. So, I went another day without. When I finally talked to her the day after that, she wasn’t sure what I was calling about. Seriously?!!

My daughter is special needs and my mother is her health advocate when I am not able to attend appointments and has been a nurse for over 50 years too. Treated terribly at office visit on 1-13-20. My mother was escorted out, my daughter then had an anxiety attack. I would like to know what happened to cause to have my 70 year old mother treated this way. Nurses, weather they have a NP by their name or have 50 yrs of experience should work together. I would like to be contacted about this matter.

I felt very comfortable during my first visit. She is easy to talk to and I feel that she really listened to my concerns. I will highly recommend Deanna Rucano if you are looking for a primary care provider. The office staff is super friendly as well as the medical assistant. All around a comfortable place to receive care and be treated with respect.

REALLY A VERY NICE PERSON ON A PERSONAL LEVEL. BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR AWHILE. I FEEL THAT THERE IS A LACK OF FAMILIARIZATION WITH NEW AND CURRENT MEDICATIONS. HE TENDS TO STICK WITH THE OLDER TRUSTED MEDICATIONS WHICH NOWDAYS ARE LESS EFFECTIVE OR INEFFECTIVE ALL TOGETHER.THERE IS ALWAYS THIS DISTRUST EVER PRESENT WITH PATIENT AND PRESENCE OF FEARFUL LAWSUIT OF MALPRACTICE.PATIENT OVERLOAD, ALWAYS TWO WEEKS NO LESS OUT BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. ON NUMEROUS OCCAISONS TOLD HIM OF PROBLEM AND IGNORED
