Very disrespectful. When my loved one wasn't healing after surgery like he thought she should be, he got his face 2 inches from hers and yelled "and what would you like me to do". Thankfully she seen a different Dr and after testing he did a 2nd surgery & fixed her shoulder. Please don't become a patient of his. You will regret it. Demand another referral.

Dr. Thoits is very knowledgable in his field. He takes the time to listen and understand you. He also makes sure you don't have any questions before you leave. I was very bummed when they shifted dr's around and I lost Dr. Thoits after seeing him for almost ten years.
