Review of Dr. Morrow

- in Belmont, MI |

My experience was excellent. He took me over when another doctor in his practice said he could not put in a better stent than what the surgeon did. Dr. Morrow worked diligently on me and would not give up and from what I understand from my surgeon I was a very difficult and unusual case. Dr. Morrow was patient, caring and very concerned. His nurse Margaret is also fantastic.

Review of Dr. Morrow

Judgemental. Poor bedside manner. Smart but the rude mannerisms are not worth dealing with. Not up to date on latest medical advances, GI diets, etc.

Review of Dr. Janardan

-

Very rude and demeaning. He does not work with you as a patient and human being. Staff is very rude also and unhelpful. Takes days for a phone call to be returned and prescription refill request to be done. He told me after 1 month of treatment that there was nothing else he could do. Don't waste your time. I will never go back to that office.

Review of Dr. Greydanus

-Grand Rapids, MI |

Arrogant and doesn't listen. Exam room wasn't very clean, waste can overflowing. Was asked if I wanted a heated blanket but one was never brought when I said I did, even after reminding the attendant. (had chills and was shivering). Why ask if you aren't going to follow through? Totally dissatisfied with entire visit. Will not go back.

Review of Dr. Greydanus

-Grand Rapids, MI |

Greydanus was my GI for severe cd for 2 yrs.He stopped my biologic therapy and did solo thioprine therapy which gave me a very serious infection and lengthy hospital stay. Then he dodged answering to the hospital physicians caring for me inpt.Within a yr of firing him,I had got on biologics and had a bowel resection. His legal team seemed most interested in me after this event which led me to fire him. He was abusive, rude, emotionally abusive to me, and his staff,I wish him only the care he gave.

So enjoyed Dr. Webster. Very friendly, listened and answered all my questions. Explained it so I would understand. I like him.

Review of Dr. Janardan

- in Grand Rapids, MI |

I absolutely love Dr. Janardan. He is more than gracious and as an established patient with significant swallowing problems because of cancer he is able to get me squeezed in within a few weeks. I appreciate his willingness to accommodate my needs. Highly recommend him.

Review of Dr. Lown

-Belmont, MI |

If you want the most expensive colonoscopy in the state, come to this office. The doctor was curt, short, and not responsive to questions. The mandatory appt. was with a pa, who charged as much as a specialist visit. The results were given only orally and with little discussion. I will never visit these offices again! Again, the costs for the colonoscopy and office visit were way out of line when compared with other providers.

Review of Dr. Webster

Maybe our egos clashed or something, but he was pretty short tempered with me. It takes over 3 months to get in to him, so try to find someone you can get into sooner than that.

Review of Dr. Lown

-Zeeland, MI |

Would not recommend to family and friends or even strangers. He does not have a good bedside manner. When I had a colonoscopy the twilight drug did not work. The nurse tried several different adjustments for quite awhile. He was silent while the nurse struggled to get the drug to work. I was still awake and he did the colonoscopy anyway. He just started without telling me he was going to proceed. I felt violated in a way. I do not think He's unprofessional and unfeeling.
