Botsford Hospital Emergency

This Dr has way to many patients to give quality care. Ive called everyday for 5 days and I keep hearing I'll leave a message for the Dr and nothing. If you're looking for a Dr that has time or cares this is NOT then place for you. The medical neglect my husband is receiving is absolutely mind blowing. Cant even get an ok or not ok to go to the ER.

I am very pleased with the services Dr. Bryant has provided for me! I trusted him with my care, and I wasn’t disappointed! I feel he takes pride in his work! His follow up care involves ensuring the patient is satisfied and happy! I highly recommend Dr. Justin Bryant!

Not good 1st experience. Rushed appointment as if he just wanted to be paid. Someone came into room as he was talking to me without saying excuse me to get items for another patient. Lady at front desk was rude when I finished as I asked for clarity as to where to get x-rays done. The doctor complained that his x-ray machine did not work and he was waiting on Hospital to grt him a new one. Full of excuses. I work in theedical field and that office needs to shut down and get some customer service training and the physician needs to learn how to properly serve patients with needs and stop rushing, talking over and making excuses for his lack of being able to provide proper care for the money he receives from the patient's insurance. It is important to do the job pf serving the patient with care and communication ! I will NOT return. That was my first and LAST visit.

He treated me like I was stupid. Showing off in front of the students he trains. I hope they learn how NOT to treat people from him!

My initial visits went smoothly. The Novi office is efficient and well run. I had surgery performed Dr. Korkigian at Beaumont and was skeptical at first going to that facility, BUT it was a good experience for myself and my family during the procedures. After surgery care has been great and I have recommended Dr. Korkgian to my family and friends knowing they will get the best care.

Professional, extremely knowledgeable, listen’s to patient’s concerns.

Mom got to meet Dr.Bryant after having a head injury. He not only treated her wound but took care of her like she was family. Mom ended up in the er at one point and he came down to check to she if she was ok. We won’t go anywhere else, Dr. Bryant is the best.

Dr Dinnan was an outstanding surgeon and her bedside manner was unprecedented. She has a kind and patient demeaner and spends as much time as you need thoroughly answering questions and explaining things in plain English...

Outstanding! All procedures were totally explained and well planned. Always on time and never in a hurry to move on. Was very anxious to explain all aspects of my melanoma surgery and recovery with my wife and daughter.

Dr. Fleming really cares for her patients. I was having issues that she was very knowledgeable about and she gave me great advice. Her bedside manner is amazing!!!

I was very pleased with Dr.Bryant. He took alot of time answering my Questions . He was very kind and calming .I would certainly recommend him .

While Dr. Angela Fleming appears superficially knowledgeable and does initially take detailed notes, she is ultimately extremely terse, dishonest, cruel and dismissive. My pain is disabling after a failed endometriosis surgery with her and her solution was to terminate me as a patient rather than try to help. I cannot urge others more strongly to avoid her.

Dr Bryant is a very talented plastic surgeon. My brother with Parkinson's was referred for reconstructive surgery. He was a challenging patient and Dr. Bryant exceeded our expectations by miles! He was so responsive, kind, and skilled!! We are very happy with his care. Excellent A+

I Have Been Seeing Dr. Hazgerian For Over A Year Now. He's A Very Warm & Caring Doctor. He Takes The Time To Listen & Explains Your Medical Care. His Smile Brightens My Appointment When I'm Feeling My Worst. I Would Highly Recommend Him If Your Seeking An Intelligent Cardiologist.

She is great! Really listens to your concerns and spends the time to discuss them with you and treat them appropriately.

Was referred to Dr. Gowman by my PCP.....first visit--I was delighted that he was very pleasant, thorough, and scheduling testing to rule out possible conditions related to my symptoms. Brandon (med assistant) was also wonderful--as were the (busy/efficient) gals at the front desk. Very pleased :)

Dr Rebock was very calming and was able to educate me regarding my gallbladder removal surgery. It was my first surgery and he helped me to not feel nervous. The procedure went well and everything healed well. He made sure everything was good at the follow up visit. If I ever need surgery again I would definitely try to go back to him!

Most unprofessional office and doctor I have ever seen. I had a breast biopsy and was told I would hear by the end of the week . When they didn’t call me, I called them on Monday and was told by a nurse everything was fine. Next day I got my pathology report. It did NOT say everything was fine. I called back and was told they didn’t realize the doctor was on vacation. How do you not know that? Then they did try to have the radiologist and pathologist talk to find my results. Nurse again told me everything was fine. She promised Dr. Dinnen would call me Thursday, but sometimes calls really late. I waited until midnight. Then all day Friday. I still haven’t heard from her. My GP was worried when she got my pathology report. She has since referred me to a professional who actually cares about patients. DO NOT LET SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT SEE THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE! Oh and they also told me about another patient who would be emailed their cancer diagnosis before the dr would call.
