Review of Dr. Kachadurian

-

He is Not personable. Seems like just a job to him. The appointments are rushed. He wants you in and out to get to the next patient. My last appointment I complained to him about the incompetence of his staff after many occasions of dealing with them not doing their job. he told me it was an “insult to him” to blame his staff. I had to call them multiple times just to get paperwork sent to the proper places for medications and treatments. I thought before I change doctors, I would let him know about his staff first. But he didn’t even take my complaint seriously and didn’t seem concerned or apologetic that I went that long with out what i needed. I have multiple sclerosis and was having a relapse. I needed steroid treatment right away and was advised by him to change medication for it too. It took 3 weeks to finally get steroids then a whole month to start new MS meds. I know now he is not in my corner as a doctor should be. I promptly cancelled my follow up appt with him.

Review of Dr. Silverman

Very rude and doesn’t even review file and know me. Asked how my MS was doing and I have never had that and have been here for years. Have to wait 1-2 hours here too! Won’t be back

Dr. Silverman was short and curt, which I can accept. However, he has the most rude office staff I've ever encountered. Additionally, they have no problem charging patient's for MRIs that they scheduled wrong.

He is very personable and listens to what I have to say. He’s been treating me with for migraine and ON, working to get it covered by my insurance. And recently started me on a new migraine injection medicine that is working out great. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Silverman diagnosed me with a serious disease and he acted like I just had a bad cold and to take some pills and I'd be fine. Very little supportive information was provided to me. I had a bad feeling about him and sought a second opinion. Second doctor did not agree with his diagnosis, and told me the medicine he prescribed could have killed me with my high risk factors. Turns out Silverman takes a lot of money from big pharma... over $220,000 since 2013 (per Dollars for Docs). BEWARE!!!!

Review of Dr. Warra

Dr Warra is a great doctor. After 20 years and many doctors disagreeing over my disease Dr Warra took the time to listen, help and Diagnosed me properly. I have several medication allergic reactions which are severe and with all the difficulty it takes in treating me he IS with care and saved my life. I have MS and for once I finally feel good and thank you to this man... he cares and he is a doctor for the right reason and I would recommend him to anyone.

Patient Beware: They expect payment up front, but also expect an adjustment bill about a month after services are rendered. If you had a doctor's office set up your appointment, you will likely have been given no warning about this large up-front payment. Also there is a cancellation fee, so if you show up in their office the day of your appointment, you will pay either way. The doctor himself isn't bad, his staff is the problem.
