I have extreme difficulty with appointments such as these, and Dr. Lafia was so compassionate and kind to me about my anxiety and nerves. She had no problem letting me catch my breath and slowing down for me to be able to focus on the details of the appointment. I highly recommend both Eastside and Dr. Lafia, especially to those patients who need a bit kinder approach.

Told me to read my own biopsies to see what was done in my surgery. Promotes himself as an endometriosis specialists when he is not the most skill full.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I need to share my experience. I saw Dr Bazger in person twice and both experiences were terrible. The first time, she bullied me into having a speculum exam even though there was no clinical reason for it and I was too young for Pap smears. The second time, I arrived at her office on time for my appointment to find her, her medical assistant, and the receptionist all standing behind the desk carrying on a conversation. I waited there for at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, even though it was clear they saw me. When I was finally roomed for my appointment, Dr Bazger came in and berated me for not following an extensive and unclear supplement “regimen” she had suggested before. I had looked into it and did not have the funds to buy 12 different supplements every month. She then grumpily said “Well, I guess I could do exploratory surgery on you if you want.” I never went back and would not recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr Carmen Lafia was very pleasant and thorough and answered my questions. Visit was not rushed. Would definitely recommend her! Thank you for your care.

I am a Canadian 23 year old girl who has severe Endo. Dr Zaidan is a truly AMAZING Doctor!! I had a 2 year wait where I live for a surgeon who was willing to operate on myself. Within a week of messaging Women's Excellence I had a initial consult and a facetime with Dr Zaidan!! He was amazing he believed me right away and was instantly looking for a date at the soonest opportunity to have my excision surgery!!!. Within a month I had a date and within 3 weeks of that phone call I was in surgery. His team has been amazing to work with and are super helpful and patient. I cannot recommend Dr Zaidan enough I truly believe he is one of the few who does this with his whole heart to help those with Endo. I did not believe I could feel this healthy and happy again with how severe my endo is/was. THANK YOU Dr Zaidan you are truly amazing!!

Jennifer Myers is a wonderful NP. She explained every procedure in a clear way, and made sure we were both on the same page before moving on to explain additional procedures. Love her!!!

Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. Highly unprofessional. I wrote a note through the portal to another doctor just stating I wasn’t having a great experience with Dr. Bazger and asked for a referral to a new doctor.. Dr. Bazger went through my messages and threw a fit saying I wrote a very “nasty” message and ripped up my paper work in front of me and refused to see me for my appointment. You’d think she’d ask me why I was having a horrible experience with her practice and be concerned about her business but instead she refuses to see me. All of the other reviews are really adding up.

100% do NOT recommend her. I was excited to see a Catholic NaPro doctor in Michigan. Saw her for 6 months in 2020 before she abandoned her practice without any notice. Her staff was confused & had no idea what she left or what was going on. I needed time sensitive labs drawn and was not able to get ahold of her. I had two appts cancelled because she did not come back when she was supposed to. From other reviews and speaking with another NaPro doctor, this is her pattern of behavior; she up and leaves for a time without warning patients or staff. I did not like her bedside manner. She was always rushing, did not take time to answer my questions. She was rude when I asked for clarification on something she had previously told me. She does not make eye contact & occasionally does not respond at all to what you have to say. I left her practice to see an out of state doctor instead.

Dr. Zaidan is the first doctor to help me with my stage 4 endo. I will say I wish he was a little bit more considerate when it comes to being worried about different meds or procedures, but I trust he will be able to help me get back to living my life. The main issue I have is his office staff. Good luck ever getting ahold of anyone. When you call everything is automated. There’s no way to get though to ask a real person a medical question unless you call after hours. Tell me how that makes sense! Every time you mention it to them they give you the same response: “use the online portal.” Unreal. I put up with it because he’s a good doctor, but it gets old. Especially when you walk into the office and the receptionist is on the office phone with family members. How do they get a direct number into the office but I can’t? After surgery I received no help and had to send an extremely rude email in order for them to finally call me. Scheduling anything is also a nightmare. Hire new staff!!

Sara is a Godsend. She delivered both of my babies and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to be guided by her through this most important time in my life. I have had appointments with many others and have never met a medical professional as knowledgeable and compassionate as Sara. Simply the best.

I saw Dr. Zaidan for the first time today and it was a breath of fresh air! I have been bounced around several doctors and practices over the past 7 months trying to get to the bottom of my pain. I felt as if none of them took me seriously or listened to my concerns. Dr. Zaidan was the complete opposite of that. He spent so much time with me at my appointment thoroughly going over my history and really listening to me when I explained my symptoms. He is the first doctor that I have gone to who makes me feel like a person instead of a number on a chart. He gave me hope that he will help me get to the bottom of my symptoms, instead of just passing me along without any explanation, which is unfortunately what I have encountered with my other doctor visits. My experience at Women's Excellence and with Dr. Zaidan has been phenomenal and I finally feel like I am being heard as a patient! Dr. Zaidan goes above and beyond to ensure that his patients are receiving the quality care they deserve!

My First visit was rushed he was very distracted. He spoke to me as if I was completely uneducated about my disease and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. I did have an Ultrasound, to which his NP afterwords told me I had "a lot going on". When I asked what exactly she said I would need to make an appointment with the DR. So I did. He again seemed to be annoyed I had a list of questions and barely went over the US results. I have decided to go out of state for care to a true excision specialist who was a much better match re bedside manner and thoroughly answered my questions. Having a possible hysterectomy at 39 is a big deal and I just didn't feel comfortable moving forward.

Not able to get an appointment. Tried for over a week to talk to actual person to make my first appointment. On line request, they called back once while I was in the shower. Called back for a full week and all they say is they are behind in calls. The practice may have an amazing reputation, but that doesn't help if you cannot get in to see them.

I love Dr Asbahi! He's so friendly, kind, attentive, & gentle. I have a complicated medical history but he always listens & hears what I'm saying. I never get nervous about my visits with him because I always get treated great & have all my questions answered. Shai, his hair is AMAZING!

I met Dr. Zaidan in 2019, after a major surgery discovering my diagnosis of endometriosis. Being in my early 20's, I needed an expert in all things OBGYN, specifically endometriosis. I struggled finding a doctor who shared my concern about endometriosis and had a sense of urgency similar to mine. I took a chance on Dr. Zaidan and was so pleased with our first visit. He listened to me and shared his thoughts about my recent discovery and the medical reports that I provided him with. After that, he immediately wanted to schedule another visit for blood work and an ultrasound. Then, he performed my first exploratory robotic surgery to see what was going on. After that surgery, I went on Zoladex for six months. Another surgery was performed and we discovered that the treatment worked, significantly. I am on another treatment to maintain the progress that we have made. Dr. Zaidan is talented, up to date with research, and passionate.

Kaycie is so nice. I really enjoyed when I have had to have her help me instead of my Dr. Kaycie is always so sweet and nice and just puts you at ease. You can tell she really cares & wants to help you. She has even stopped a procedure cause she knew I was in so much pain. She stopped and gave me time to take some medication & to calm down (it hurt... it wasn't supposed to but my body is weird lol). But she didn't make me feel bad or rush me so I wouldn't ruin her schedule. I was really impressed with that. She even apologized for making me in pain. Kaycie is very knowledgeable and willing to help with what you need to do. I appreciate her willing to help with more then one of my issues. She is really nice and friendly. I like having time with Kaycie.

Dr. Heather is very friendly and easy to talk to. When I shared some health issues you could tell she was concerned and felt bad for me actually. She didn't brush off my issues or concerns. She made me feel at ease and made me comfortable. With endometriosis some doctors have just blown me off or thought I was faking. She did not.... she truly cares and I appreciated that. I would recommend Heather. I have seen her sometimes instead of my regular doctor and she was just as knowledgeable and considerate. She ran on time. And she wanted to help. It isnt often when we find person who truly wants to help you and does what they could. She will even ask me about my normal life...

Dr. Bogner is so nice.... he just sat down and talked with me. He didn't talk to me but it was a conversation bewteen two people. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I appreciated that he didn't rush me and allowed me to share my thoughts on meds, food etc. He was friendly and very helpful on what else could do or eat to help with my health. I would recommend him. So nice

Dr. Zaidan has saved my life! He is the only dr who didn't give up on me. I have severe endometriosis & when things didn't work he thought outside the box. He gives all the time (you may wait a little but I would rather wait for a dr who actually cares about me then one who I am just a number.) Dr. Zaidan truly cares & has never thought I was faking. He will even tell me a story while getting a painful nerve block to help me get my mind off. He found out my Mom was making a appointment cause she found a lump he stated late that night & saw her that day. And got her into the mammogram the next day. When I told him my brother had a heart attack he tested my blood that day. He just doesn't care about the women parts but you as a patient. I tell him he is a superhero in scrubs. If I didn't find him I would be in a wheelchair. It is not often you find a doctor who actually cares about you & doesn't give up. I went to so many endo specialists & he is the BEST! He believes me when I tell him

Amazing! I had to have an emergency appointment and he was available. I'm grateful that he was. Great sense of humor. That is important. He takes the time to talk to you. You are treated like a human not a symptom.
