Loved Dr. Chi! She took as much time as we needed/wanted during appointments, was very knowledgeable and warm, and did a fantastic job with my c section. Would highly recommend!

I chose Dr. Finkelstein when my regular eye doctor's group was so horribly backed up with appointments. Best decision ever! He had recently transferred to the University of Pittsburgh and had a fairly open schedule. He was able to see me quickly, did a thorough exam, and scheduled me for surgery on one eye and then a month later on the other eye for my cataracts. He has the most amazing bedside manner - when he is speaking with you it is clear that you have his undivided attention and he is really, really listening to you. At no point in any of my visits have I felt rushed and he makes sure that everything he hears from me and everything he says to me is perfectly clear and that neither one of us has any questions or concerns. Post-operatively my vision is even better than it was pre-cataracts and I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a skilled eye physician/surgeon with great bedside manners.

After getting pregnant for the first time, I had an appointment to see Dr. Chi. The pregnancy ended in miscarriage and it was the most devastating experience made worse by this doctor and her medical assistants. She is inexperienced and 'cold' and while I understand her position and education does not make her a counselor, bedside manor is lacking as well as overall experience. I am writing this because I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy and 5 months later, I am still dealing with the negative effects from this provider and the practice as well as reports and tests which ended up being inaccurate or incorrect. I would not recommend this provider to family or friends.

Dr. Finkelstein is very thorough, professional and personable. He answered all my questions completely and presented the options that were available so that I could make an informed decision. The staffs at the Canton office and the Northville surgery center are also great. The entire process went very well and I recommend Dr. Finkelstein to anyone needing and an ophthalmologist.

Dr. Carstensen is a great doctor. She is very competent and a personable physician. She listens to the patient and answers questions clearly. Wish more doctors had such attributes.

Dr Collier is an outstanding internal medicine physician. She is very knowledgeable and explains her diagnosis fully. I believe she is really interested in me as a patient. I enjoy my appointments with her. She is a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Collier makes you feel like you are the only patient she has. She spends the amount of time you would like her to spend during an office visit She never makes you feel rushed or that her mind is on something other than what you are telling her. She is very knowledgeable and makes me feel special. She always has a plan and when she thinks you need to see a specialist she will make those arrangements. She cares about me as a person and not just as a patient Her communication skills are great.

She has been my primary care physician for almost 7 yrs. She is warm and understanding. She takes time with me and listens. She includes me in the decision making process, she doesn't just tell me what SHE'S doing. I love her! She is awesome.

Dr. Chi took her time answering questions. She was very thorough. She did a biopsy the same apt. The office was very clean and the medical assistant was very professional and personable. I scheduled and was able to get in within a couple days. I only waited 10 minutes. Great doctor!
