We knew from the moment we had our intake call with her we should have cancelled. We merely asked a questionand she went into her credentials and how amazing she is. She began to judge our 3 year old son from the moment we were on the phone. Then when she walked into the room she was talking to him an affect that was like as if he had special needs. Then after his evaluation when her fellow was giving results she was pointing at his behaviors after a long morning of testing. At that point why did it still matter? We then spotted major mistakes in her write up, as well not being professional in regards to other professionals opinions. Although she likely has the right diagnosis she did not take the chance to fairly evaluate our son, and was arrogant the entire time. If we had been able to know who our dr was and could have researched her before being assigned to her after close to a year of waiting for the appointment we would have never gone to her.

Dr. Cha is one of the most caring doctors I have seen in a long time. She has a fantastic bedside manner and patiently answered all of my questions, telling me at one point that she had "all the time in the world" for my questions. She answered my questions calmly, clearly and with compassion. She made me feel like all of my questions were important and deserving of thoughtful answers.

My father chose Dr. Bolling to perform his mitral valve surgery in May of 2020 based on all the great reviews found online. He ended up with a 10 in incision (instead of the promised 4-5 inches), a damaged phrenic nerve, hemi diaphragm, and a permanently partially deflated lung. And, the surgeon who just spent over 12 hours repairing my father's 8cm aortic aneurysm/dissection told us he strongly suspects this aneurysm and dissection was due to damaged caused to my father's heart during Dr. Bolling's surgery. He believes this strongly enough to have included this in his post-operative notes. Please speak up if this man has caused you injury.

Dr Albers diagnosed my Minicore (first thought it was Central Core) disease in 1980 in Milwaukee. He is a fantastic doctor. I know see a student of his Dr Kevin Felice in Conn. and he changed the dx to Minicore disease. Both wonderful doctors.

Many years ago Dr. Jibson helped me to completely reframe how I saw myself when I was suicidal. I was a revolution in my thinking about myself and to this day I am able to draw on this reframing to keep myself safe. Dr. Jibson saved my life.

I was diagnosed in 1997 with stage 4 bladder cancer. Dr. Redman offered me the opportunity to participate in a Chemo Clinical Trial, which I accepted. Now, in 2021 and at age 82, I am fit, walk everyday, play bridge, and have a garden with many plants. One of the most carrying Doctors I have encountered.

Dr. Gilde does an amazing job making your feel comfortable before a surgery. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what is going to happen without losing you in the technical jargon. Observing him while I was waiting for a procedure I saw he took that same care with each patient. Everything was executed well by all the staff and I feel his direction and leadership contributed to that outcome.

Dr. Hsu has been my doctor for like 20 years at this point I think. I don't go in to see her enough. But when I need help she's got me. She's kind, patient, inquisitive, and she listens. She has a calm demeanor and conversing with her is relaxing. She's a great PCP. I've seen a couple of her colleagues too and they're also great docs. UM East Ann Arbor Internal Medicine is a wonderful choice for general health care.

Dr. Bolling completely saved my husband. He repaired his mitral and tricuspid valves for life. He and his team are complete miracle workers. My husband had surgery just prior to the pandemic in Feb 20 and later that year was completely out of congestive heart failure. He and his team are the most competent people I've ever met. I thank God for Dr. Bolling and his team and we are so thankful we went to Michigan Medicine over the first hospital and their diagnosis.

Dr. Leung is amazing and provided our mom with treatments that other hospitals and doctors never mentioned. She didn’t give up on our mom. We can’t thank her enough for giving us more time with her.

My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 renal cell carcinoma. Well into his treatment, my husband had hoped he may have a year or two to live but he wasn’t sure so he asked Dr. Redman on December 20, 2018 about his prognosis. Dr. Redman’s response, “You don’t have until the next holiday.” Once we left, my husband looked at me and said, “What holiday do you think he means?” It was the single saddest day of the entire process. My husband passed 8 weeks later. I’m still considering all the ways the doctor could have delivered that news and not once would I have considered that response. Knowledge clearly isn’t everything.

My mother recently fell and was admitted to the Hospital at St. Joes in Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. She had a consultation with this man and he attempted to make it seem she was losing her mind. My mom is close to 80 and will forget things here and there but everything he asked her, she got right. She has a very sounds mind especially at her age (the ambulance, police, and fire fighters even commented on how "with-it" she was when they came to pick her up) The next day I hear that he recommends my mom be in 24 hour care? Go back to medical school Dr. Casher - and go somewhere BETTER than University of Michigan as they clearly taught you nothing.

Dr. Berland is a great doctor and a really good guy. I think the people leaving bad reviews are people that were seeking narcotics and thought he would fall for the same nonsense their MDs from the past fell for. He’s straight forward and will do what he can for you, while doing it in the most ethical way.

A terrible visit with Michigan Medicine Dermatology. Dr. Cha doesn't seem to believe that skin tags or ingrown hair cysts are worthy of her time and when I went to see her to have them addressed her condescending comments and terrible bedside manor left me so rattled I was not even able to have the procedure completed. This is also coupled with the "mask-mandate" policy which Michigan Medicine has adopted where, rather than being gently educated, I was scolded that I wasn't following policy. What Dr. Cha fails to understand is that what she may consider a "non-medical" condition, skin tags and ingrown hair cysts in sensitive areas can cause severe discomfort. This appears to be another case where the humanity was trained out of this physician in medical school. I'd recommend avoiding her wherever possible.

Dr. Ohye came highly recommended by our cardiologist. Finding out that our daughter had a heart defect and needed to have open heart surgery was the single most scariest day/experience of our lives. When we met Dr. Ohye, he was very calming and patient with us, spent nearly 2 hours answering millions of questions (and that's after he went over everything in detail) and offered to meet with our daughter separately to explain things to her. After our meeting and before surgery (about 2 month period) he answered million more questions via email, always reassuring and calming and met with our daughter via Zoom to answer her questions. He never minimized our concerns or made us feel like we were bothering him. He is the VERY BEST at what he does and we wouldn't have trusted anyone else with our daughter! Thank you, Dr. Ohye!
