Review of Dr. Lavigne

-

I have been with her since Dec. 13, 2016 and have nothing but the highest regard for her. She is knowlegable, compassionate, explains what it is you have and all about the procedure. We are very fortunate to have someone of her caliber in our area. Her office is now in Rockport, Maine 04854

Review of Dr. Bruce

-

Dr abrupt, difficult to connect with, my treatment procedure came with impatient information. Not critiquing his medical expertise, don’t know outcome of the procedure yet, Certainly not an effective communicator.

Review of Dr. Smith

-

Awful. He shamed me for following my oncologist’s recommendation to get a skin check, inferring that I was being “hysterical”. He also shamed me for getting a preventative mastectomy by saying “just because you ha e a mutation doesn’t mean you’re going to get cancer” as if he can have any clue what it’s like to live in fear of breast cancer, or he has any right to judge the preventative measures I take with my body. I’ve never had such undignified medical care in my life.

Review of Dr. Bragg

-

I have rough skin/tiny flesh color bumps on my face. She had no idea what it is or how to treat it. If I didn't ask her for a suggestion to use to get rid of them, she wouldn't have offered one. I tried 2 different OTC products she suggested..& used them faithfully for a couple of months...neither 1 has helped. Will not go back.

Review of Dr. Lavigne

-Belfast |

Waited months for an initial appointment. I found the intake questions poorly worded (I can be either Bi, Homosexual or Hetero, or not engage in sex... Just skip to the next page.) I was casually informed that I had rosacea without asking any questions - and not given any information on rosacea as a condition nor that it would require treatment to improve. She spent most of the appointment scrolling through google images of rashes, never finding the right one.

Review of Dr. Steen

-

Dr Steen gives a very thorough exam. It is very difficult to get an appointment, even though he says to come in right away with a suspicious growth, his office refuses to book it and you may have to wait 4- 8 months, depending on the office location before you can get in to see him. The Biddeford office is courteous, the Portland office rude. The system of appointment notification is poor - you best be computer savvy. I recommend the doctor but not the bureaucratic office.

Review of Dr. Lavigne

- in Rockport, ME |

Scheduling took months for initial appointment. Doctor had poor bedside manor after I waited well over 45 minutes. Gave a quick look to my skin and mis-diagnosed my skin condition. The medications that were prescribed would have exacerbated my actual condition. Made attempts to get an apology with nothing. And no reduction in my bill. Still expects a full payment for her whole 8 minutes of time. Go to a more thorough compassionate doctor and save yourself time please.

Review of Dr. Bruce

- in Sebago, ME |

Extremely arrogant, proceeded to tell me all my skin concerns were age spot, 3 different issues mind you. 2 new pink spots he said the will probably turn brown but could be cancerous watch them. Guess he can't spot cancer cells. I will never go back to this doctor.
