I read the great reviews Dr. Mitchell had and was excited to see her in regards to my hair loss. I wanted to get a second opinion. She was rushing the appointment. Didn’t bother even examining my scalp until I asked her to take a look. As she was rushing out after her 7 mins in the room with me, I asked her to take a quick look at my face ( from far away just to be clear since she was half out of the door), to recommend something to improve the dullness I was experiencing with age. She showed so much irritation, put her hand on her forehead stating she was perplexed since we went from hair loss to skin. I told her not to worry about it. She quickly recommended a serum. And rushed out. Wow! I mean for my $30 co-pay and the $200 plus consultation fee that I will be charged, you would think a new patient consultation that will last more than 10 mins minus the irritation and bad bed side manner wouldn’t be too much to ask. called me back in 2 weeks. Not sure why?Purely disgusted!
