I would never go back to that u professional dr. Don't go to this place!!!!!!I would never tell any person to go this place, how can doctor a put a crown on a bad tooth and get paid for it and a month later need a root canal on the same tooth and that has a cost, I had a appointment but i was late coming from work in Va. traffic took me almost 3 hours to get there and he drop me as a patient, it was nothing i could do about traffic and he told me if I ever had a emergency call him anytime even on the days they are close well i was in all that traffic with a bad toothache and he did want to do anything but to refer me to someone else but turn around and said they are going to charge me for nothing and I always got calls from the office to reschedule my appointment because he had something to do and last at one appointmenthe was tell me about a patient was mad because he keep rescheduling there appointment al the time, " knowing I am a dentist and i will me working in there mouth i coul

Dr Brown has been seeing me for a year now and I felt compelled to talk about my excellent experiences after reading the negative reviews. I have had A+ service at Owings Mills Dentistry- the staff is helpful and Dr Brown has an excellent bedside manner. The perfect balance of friendly and professional. His manner puts me at ease and he always welcomes questions- in fact when he saw that I was curious, he pulled out teeth models and showed me in detail what was going on and how he would fix it.

Disrespectful office staff. My belongings stolen from this place after walking out to my car &running right back up. In a matter of 10 minutes in an empty office my belongings disappeared and they blamed it on the cleaning people! When I called back to speak with the receptionist she was very nasty. Called me out of my name and didn't want to let me say anything. My family won't be back. We were tired of being scheduled for all of these unnecessary visits. Poor customer service and all about $

I began seeing Dr. Brown in 2016 for routine dental care which turned into somewhat major services. I liked Dr. Brown because he made me feel comfortable. I scheduled an appointment but missed it because my mother was sick and rushed to the hospital. I tried to reschedule my appointment the next morning explaining to his staff why I was unable to cancel ahead and he told me he was not going to see me again. I was appalled at his lack of compassion. Dr. Brown, my mother died weeks later. :(

While he has been in practice a very long time, I do not believe his style of dentistry was a good fit for me. He tells jokes instead of sharing vital information about your dental health. I have never receive written post care documents for any of the expensive dental work you will pay for in a short amount of time. He will use up your benefits! Make sure you asked for an itemized bill and match your billing codes with procedures. He knows his stuff, but not my type.
