1. My two children have been going here for years. Due the convenience of the location we never bothered to seek other Pediatricians. Then we found out about what we "believe" is medical overbilling. My son an athlete needed just a referral to see a foot doctor. Just to get a referral, the Management billing charged us $175.00 FOR a REFERREL. They have a system where they bill everything as a Sick Visit. I don't know if this is common, but we will try other offices. 2nd. It took this office over 1 month to sign ExpressScripts paperwork for my other son to receive his prescriptions. As you can image the many calls we had to make to ensure that the front office and Dr. were in communication; after 1 month of calls. You can also imagine the fear and anxiety my family and I had to experience praying and hoping that his condition isn't triggered during this time. I can't imagine this is common any where else. Highly disappointed and these are just a few stories. I'm out of space.

Dr. Ogusanya is very professional and is very good with making the kids comfortable. She communicates well with the parents in providing information, guidance, solutions and accurate diagnosis. Her office is fully staffed with individuals and students that also provides the same professionalism.

My experience was not so great. You rarely see the actual physician (Dr. Ogunsanya). Most of the time, you see a PA. You get charged for a sick visit over top of your regular visit if you have a concern regarding your child. Ultimately, I was told that if I didn't not get my child vaccinated on schedule that I could no longer come to this practice. Wait time total is always at least an hour.

Very irresponsible. Either they forgot to send PX to the pharmacy or FORGOT to enter blood work results in the system. Even after following up with them on missing PX they seem careless. The office manager is the rudest person who oviousley wasnt even listening to what i was tellig her( Iheard her talking with someone while i was frustrated about my case) NEVER GO TO DOCTOR O. THE MOST FORGETFULL AND IRRESPONSIBLE DOCTOR I EVER SEEN. I always was hoping they will improve.... but didnt work.

"Dr. O," as we call her, is very knowledgeable, skilled and caring! I called her 24-hour nurse's line around 2 a.m. when my newborn would not stop crying. Dr. O woke up out of her sleep to contact me and advised me on what to do. Needless to say, the crying stopped and my baby felt better. Our family loves Dr. O! She's been providing care for my family for eight years.
