I have nothing but excellent things to say about Dr. Ziglar. I’ve been seeing her regularly for over a year now and she has been the best. I was diagnosed with a unusual diagnosis and was referred to her so we can determine the cause for such an illness. She preformed many tests so she could pinpoint the cause and low and behold, to my greatfullness, she was able to locate the cause. She immediately put me on two medications and I haven’t had any flare ups for over a year now. I previously had flare up every one to two months and thought there was no hope. She works diligently to keep up with my problem and performs regular tests to make sure I’m still doing great. She is always so courteous every time I see her. She has the best “bedside manner” and goes over all my problems in great detail. She also has a way to be able to access all other tests from other doctors and the hospital and that amazes me. I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Louie and his staff. He is so knowledgable about his specialty. He’s personable, he listens to what I have to say and then he tells me what my options are. I trust him. I have been through the ringer with rheumatologist. I’m glad I found him. His staff is pleasant and extremely efficient. I couldn’t be happier and would most definitely recommend him to others.

Wasted 1.5 years with him. Chasing the diagnosis of an auto immune disease and “fibromyalgia”. 2 years later reading my MR from him, I see a suggestion he failed to speak about in person with me. This suggestion is something that was later produced through Hopkins and later MD Medical Hospital. Turns out this was my diagnosis. He could have saved me 2 years of my life chasing auto immune diseases if he had just told me all of his suggestions. He is a very bright man but seems more interested in lecturing about rheumatology than really listening to his patient.

Best doctor ever! Dr. Ziglar is one of the best doctors I have ever known (and believe me, I've seen a lot!). She immediately put me at ease, listened to me (I mean really listened) and has helped me immeasurably. She reviewed my chart and previous tests, did some blood tests (including genetic testing) and was was able to diagnose my auto immune disease after the first visit. She has been very patient and incredibly supportive in my journey toward improved health. My condition is incurable but my symptoms have definitely improved under her care and just as importantly, my outlook and mood have improved as well. Her previous practice managers were not the best but her new home at A&RA are far superior! I would recommend her to everyone I know!

I could not recommend Dr. Louie more. He is quite possibly the most intelligent person I think I've ever met yet he was still able to explain a lot about tests and conditions to me in a way that was extremely helpful. He took his time and was patient with learning my history. After being chronically ill for 15 years he solved the mystery that all others had missed despite it turning out to be a neurologist autoimmune disease. So grateful he listened without judgement and wanted to help me.

Unable to handle my "complex" case, made an error that could have resulted in serious injury, and she couldn't get past it even though I said it was OK and to move on. Unpredictable overall. Very unprofessional in how this was handled, without any adequate referral for coordination of care. Abandoned and left me in the middle of needing help and treatment for several rheumatological diseases. Her personality was very good and I liked her approach up to this point, but this was unacceptable.

DISAPPOINTED. Dr. Louie is the most comprehensive doctor I’ve seen & he spent over an hr with me, But... 3 1/2 months later I am still waiting for my test results. I’ve contacted the office, still nothing. He came so highly recommended and I was so hopeful he could help. I lost a whole day of work, drove more than an hour to see him, and unfortunately there are still no answers.

I tried to make an appointment with this Doctor, but decided not to due to the absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the appointment scheduler. The scheduler was not only rude, but insensitive to my needs, and very condescending--she was even sighing-- breathing heavy like my issues were insignificant and my legitimate questions were irritating to her. Then, after all she gave me a date of a month away, when I specifically told her in the beginning, that I needed to see someone within the week.

I highly recommend Dr. Louie. Prior to making my first appointment with him, I visited with three doctors and didn't have any luck. Dr. Louie listened carefully to my problem and the steps I had taken before seeing him. He offered many solutions that combined solved my rheumatoid arthritis. He was very thorough and explained exactly what I should do and why I should do it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Louie.

Dr. Louie is one of the most thorough doctors that I have ever encountered and I have quite a few great doctors. During my initial appointment, he came in already prepared with information about my medical history that was obtainable. He asked very detailed questions and never cut myself off. He explained everything. Even after he was pretty sure he had ruled out a possible cause, he still did the bloodwork instead of relying solely on his own medical knowledge. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had Dr. Ziglar here in NJ , I just found out she left !!!! She was the first Drwho took the time and helped me when I was diagnosed with Lupus. I would tell anyone, talk to her like a normal person, write down your questions and feel better .... If anyone goes by seeing this, please give her my best! Alice Spatuzzo
