Review of Dr. Hochheiser

-Chevy Chase |

Very responsive for a tough case with an angry/defiant adolescent with a complex family situation. Not easily fazed.

Review of Dr. Diamond

-Rockville, MD |

If you ever had the luck to be accepted & treated by Dr Diamond, then you're already on your first step to full & healthy recovery. Dr Diamond is very knowledgeable, compassionate, & his practice is holistic & well grounded & up to date to current science of pharmacology & eastern practices as well. He is one the best mental health physicians in the Washington DC area.

Review of Dr. Hochheiser

- in Bethesda, MD |

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Hochheiser for 9 years. In addition to her mental challenges, she also has intellectual disabilities and a rare genetic condition known as Turner syndrome. Dr. Hochheiser has had to change her medications and dosage levels several times. He is by far the best psychiatrist my daughter has ever seen.

Review of Dr. Hochheiser

-Chevy Chase, MD |

Dr Hochheiser has been my child's psychiatrist for the past 7 years, ever since the need for psychiatric treatment became apparent. At that time my child was in elementary school. Dr H has been unfailingly level-headed, insightful, skillful in dealing with a difficult patient, and supportive. The most valuable input from Dr H for the rest of the family was making it clear we had to take a long view on improvements in our child's mental health. Prognosis now better than when we started.

Review of Dr. Hochheiser

Dr. H ruined my son's life. He prescribed prozac to him as a 12-year-old. We did not know at the time, but he lacks liver enzymes to metabolize the drug. Dr. Hochheiser raised his dose until my son was poisoned.Following seizures, hospitalizations, a month at Mayo Clinic, and two years of missed school, we are still struggling to build a life. Had Dr. H followed standard of care re. monitoring, he would have identified the toxic reaction. He did not, despite the drug's black box warning.
