De Deluca listens to you ! She does not rush you in any way . She is very warm and kind and of course very intelligent. She works for her patients , not someone who just hurry’s you along or dismisses you thoughts and feelings. She is awesome

Spoke with Dr. Mudrock on the phone regarding an urgent matter after clinic hours on a Sunday. He was clearly bothered to be receiving a call over the weekend as the On-Call physician. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would rather suffer in pain than reach out to this man for medical advice.

Her office staff was horrible; as well with her Nurse Practitioner. Due to the office staff harassing me over my insurance, which should of been handled by the three prior phone calls, the Nurse Practitioner rushed me along because I was late. She disregarded all of my ailments and made me feel delusional. She also followed that old adage if you do not have a medical degree you can not read English and Latin that most medical texts and journals are written in. She was suppose to schedule a heart test for me, but never did. Nor did the office follow up and schedule an appointment to meet the doctor. The only thing we accomplished was filling out a questionnaire. If your not rich, they definitely do not make you feel welcomed here.

He has two Woman on the phone, but no one answers. He is rude to say the least. His $550.00 per 26 minutes visit is what he is all about. My first visit I had to wait a half hour until my insurance company promised they would pay him over the phone.

I’ve been with Dr Mudrock 35+/- years. He investigates until he gets to the root of the matter. Not interested in straying from his practice.

The doctor is amiable, but absolutely No pain Management at this office! A few prescriptions have been dropped because this lazy office staff won't send in authorization form.

Dr DeLuca is great, however the Leahy system is not. Her office staff is transient and cold. You can't talk to her or get a call back.

Dr Bloor is very thorough and patient, she seems to ask all the right questions and requests tests that are needed. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her staff is also wonderful and helpful.

Nope! Incompetent. He refused to prescribe me medicine when I was getting clearly worse and worse. I don't know why he is a doctor, but not for the reason of caring for patients.

I just switched to Dr Bloor in June 2018, and I can honestly say she is the best doctor, very caring, she's very thorough and in the last few months she has done more for me and research things then all my doctors I've had in 32 yrs. she will not let you leave there without an answer to what is going on with you. Without all my records she still knew all about me on my first visit I have already recommended at least 3 people to switch to her and they all have. Her whole team is wonderful.

Dr. DeLuca was my primary care doctor for some time. Regrettably, I had to move out of the area and could no longer see her as my PCP. I can only say, without a doubt, that she was the best PCP I ever had, and I miss having her as my doctor. She is the embodiment of what I want in a doctor--kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable, patient and funny. Who could ask for more?

Fantastic practictioner ! Dr Deluca is very kind, warm, and takes lots of time . She listens and remembers what you tell her. She cares about people and will fight for you to get what you need. The only negative is she does run late because she takes time with her patients .

Excellent experience. Dr. Bloor is an excellent and very experienced physician. I completely trust her and I would whole-heartedly recommend her as a primary care doctor. Her staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It shows that everybody in Dr. Bloor's office works as a team. Bravo, and Thank you!

I was treated rudely by the staff and Dr. Mudrock when trying to make an appointment. I will never go here. I can't believe how they talk to people. Get over yourself.
