We have been going to Dr.Baranwal for more than 3 years. Dr.Baranwal makes my kid feel comfortable and takes time answering all questions and concerns. Doctor can be reached even during weekends and after office hours.Dr.Baranwal always makes sure to call back incase we have reached out to nurse or staff.It is always easy to get quick appointments.Staff has always been helpful and accommodating.

I feel comfortable to ask questions and staffs help us right away.

She’s been our pediatrician for the last 8 years and my kids love her. Always able to get appointments fast. Good communication. And they listen to you when you have a concern or problem. Overall we love her !

We always had good experience with the Dr and the staff. They explain all aspects of our children's health very well and provide very good service. At times even when I needed extra copies of records for school, they provided them asap and with no additional fees. Front desk staff are very polite and listen to all your questions with patience and respond well. I strongly recommend this Dr.

I had to bring my son in-for a sick visit.. I called the office and they gave me an appointment for the time I was looking for. They follow COVID protocols and the office was very clean. Dr. Baranwal took her time to explain everything and wrote out appropriate prescription. She is very patient not only with me but my 10 year old as well. She listens and understands the concerns and gives a thorough diagnosis. My kids are lucky to have her as their pediatrician Their office is open on Saturday’s as well so I don’t have to rush to the emergency room if my child gets sick. The staff is friendly and caring and always have a smile on their face when you walk in. If you’re looking for a new doctor in the area this is where you need to go.

Dr. Quazi is a kind and caring doctor. She spends time to listen to our concerns and provide necessary explanations. I feel safe going to her office even now as she is taking the best COVID precautions I have seen out of any of my doctors. Dr. Quazi, you are the best, thank you for keeping my family healthy!

We love Dr. Baranwal! We followed her to Cardinal Pediatrics from Lowell Community Health Center. She has a lovely manner and we especially appreciate how cheerful and gentle she is when interacting with our baby. Dr. Baranwal has been informative and helpful for us as we start our parenting journey.

Dr Baranwal and her staff are all amazing! Dr. Baranwal and her clinical staff calls you at home to check up on your child. They truly care about their patients and work hard to make both children and parents feel comfortable. She has been taking care of my kids for 10 years, and not once have I had any issues with them.

Dr. Baranwal has taken care of my two kids since birth. She is a very thoughtful and kind doctor.

They will try to bill you for anything and everything they can. They charged me for 2 office visits for just one office visit. Then when i called the billing department, Ann was very rude and said the second you become our patient you have consented to all the medical procedure and charges. Then she hung up in the end, threatening to send the bill to collections.

Horrible experience Dr. Baranwal was my daughter's doctor for two years at the lowell community center. Last year my child became very Ill. Very Ill at least 3 weeks. My child was sent back and forth to the ER and no one could diagnosed my child.. My child had develop a rash and still the answer I got from Dr. Baranwal was"I don't know she wasn't sure if it was measles or just didn't know? She had a mask on and laughing with her medical assistant and asking the medical assistant if she thought it was the measles. Finally, I had enough of watching my daughter suffering. I was so upset that, I told Dr. Baranwal to please give her antibiotics because is been 3 weeks and my child wasn't getting any better. She finally did. My child began getting sick more frequent when she started first grade. This affected my child attendance Everytime I ask the Doctor her response always the same,"I don't know"never suggested anything. Now she acts like she don't remember this occur. Unprofessional

All I can say is Doctor Rekha Bains is an amazing Doctor. I have three children and she helped me raise them all. Always took her time with our concerns. I may have had to wait at times, but I will say the care we received was well worth it. My kids are all grown and she was our family doctor for over 20 years. Thank you Doctor Bains.

Dr. Quazi has kept my daughter healthy for 6 years. She has been able to be a spot on detective finding any illness with just talking with us and listening to things we were just writing off as normal. Excellent. The front desk staff is really nice to me and they are quick and to the point.

Her entire practice treats my daughter as if she were their own child.

had to transfer my daughter out of dr Bain's. I came to find out her staff NEVER TRANSFER one of her medical files from a different pediatrician that she saw into their system. So a piece of her medical history was missing during her time there at Dr.Bains. luckily, no immunizations was from that place. it was from a diff. place that they did transferred the files. also one of her front desk staff was clueless, she couldn't give me back the original medical files that she took from me.

Mother of kids, I already left here, Dr is dated, and the office girl is really rude. had bad experience. not recommended.

She is nice, simple, a little dated at times but gets the job done. The office use to have a very nice receptionist, now there is a new girl who is very rude.
