I wish I could leave a 1/2 star. Had my first appointment for an MRI on 3/17/2020 (The day the world closed down due to COVID) so I was patient and understanding. I lost track of the number of times I called, left messages, emails. No report on the MRI results, findings, no mailed letters. No its mid summer, I've lost hope, and start receiving letters from the hospital that I owe for the MRI readings. I told them I wasn't paying until I was updated on the readings, hoping that they would help push for results if they wanted their money. No luck. Finally got through to someone who could help in September. No apology from her or Dr. Cook, no explanation as to why it took 6months. Had the results read to me by Dr. Cook, who then recommended the pain clinic for help with my debilitating back pain. Guess what??!! NO CALL. So here's to round 2 and hoping I'll be able to obtain my health records and find a new professional practice. Its now January 2021

After having months and months of severe pain, Dr. Cook preformed a lumbar laminectomy of L4-5 S1 in August of 2010. Pain free for many years. Now 9 yrs later, I need T12 laminectomy. I trust my life with Dr. Cook as he is patient & kind and very thorough. I can't say enough positive words about him. Thank you Dr. Cook for all you do!

Dr. Cook diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia after an MRI. He performed MVD procedure and I have not experience the severe pain in 6 months. Dr. Cook is kind, caring and respectful. He always has time for any questions and takes time to explain his answers. Dr. Cook's positive attitude and confident character gave me the courage to have the surgery and I'm so thankful I did.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cook's since 2003. He has removed two brain tumors from my head at two different hospitals and except for the scar you would not know that I ever had brain cancer. I trust him with my life and would recommend him to anyone needing Neurosurgery. For a busy man, I find him to be patient, understanding, and empathetic. He always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns.

I highly recommend Dr. Cook. After several visits to New England Baptist and numerous failed injections I knew fusion surgery was my only option but I could never move past the office help to work with my insurance to approve the surgery. Dr. Cook reviewed my MRI with me, gave me his opinion and scheduled the fusion surgery. I felt great the night of surgery and two months later I am pain free and cannot thank Dr. Cook enough for what he has done for me.
