Review of Dr. Christiansen

-Willington, CT |

Never experienced anything like this before. She is so short, so rude, doesn't ask if I have any questions, and if I do ask her a question she get's annoyed as if I am bothering her. Switching PCP ASAP! Oh and always waited 20+ mins after apt time, and I am always either early or on time. Awful.

Review of Dr. Goodman

I have seen Dr. Goodman as my pcp for nearly 20 years. There is no better General Practioner to be found. Dr. Goodman is thorough, he pays attention, he listens & asks questions. Plus he is very friendly.

Review of Dr. Goodman

-HARVARD, MA |

DR. GOODMAN IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IS A KIND MAN. HE CALLED TO CHECK UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES AND HAD ME COME IN ON A REGULAR BASIS AS HE WAS TREATING ME FOR A BAD CASE OF LYME. IT WAS EASY TO GET APPOINTMENTS, ALTHOUGH FOR NEW PATIENTS IT MAY TAKE A COUPLE OF MONTHS TO GET IN.

Review of Beverly Harris

- in Townsend MA |

Beverly is very professional and intelligent, but also a very easy NP to talk to. She was able to diagnose and treat something that other doctors / NP's couldn't. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Review of Meredith Julian

- in Westford, MA |

Meredith is kind, caring, and asks good questions. I had a small mass that I couldn't identify, and while she couldn't identify it either, she went through the process of making sure it was not anything harmful. She ordered bloodwork, examined me at good length, asked lots of questions about my health history and the issue at hand, and even asked another NP in the practice to come in and look at me as well. She is very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions honestly.

Review of Dr. Christiansen

-Clinton, MA |

Dr. Christiansen is not very interactive. She doesn't have much of a personality or bedside manner. She walks in, asks "how are you?" and proceeds to type on the laptop for quite a while. Then she listens to my heart/lungs, checks my eyes/ears, and sometimes looks at my fingers. I have RA and Lupus, and she rarely EVER asks to look at my joints, which is the reason I'm there! I told her at my last visit I was concerned about my shoulder hurting and it being RA. She said "no, just take Advil".

Review of Dr. Christiansen

-Marlborough, MA |

Never again. We are all done with this villain. My elderly parent ended up in the ER because she failed to DO HER JOB when we saw her 2 wks prior. She should have her License to practice revoked!!!!

Review of Dr. Christiansen

-

Dr. Christiansen does look at her laptop a lot, but she is looking over the files and medical history. It may seem like she is not listening but she is, she just absorbs the information you are saying as she looks at the medical history. She is very personable and she seems to be very knowledgeable. The wait time is a little long, but that I believe is because she takes the time each patient needs to correctly diagnose them. I have seen her many times, and Dr. Christiansen is an excellent doctor

Review of Dr. Heinser

-Groton, MA |

Dr. Heinser knows his patients well, cares about each one, and follows up on the phone when starting a new treatment or protocol. He never seems rushed, but neither do I ever wait more than five minutes or so for my appointment to start. He seems to actually have fun talking to you—about health and non-health matters. He just enjoys people. Most importantly for a doctor, he diagnoses problems very accurately. I trust him completely, and I would recommend him without reservation.
