Dr. Chung was recommended to me by a mom of 5. My son has been through medical issues where he needed specialists involved. Dr. Chung lays it out as to who best to see. For one issue he said I'll give you 3 recommendations, and explained what they're best at and how their bedside manner was. The one I chose I had seen as a child. Dr. Chung listens carefully and explains things so I can understand, most doctors use confusing terms. He is able to connect with kids of all ages, which is important.
Dr. Chung was very nice and took time to listen to my concerns, however, he didn't catch VERY basic (according to three other pediatricians/pediatric nurses) problems 3 times in the one year I took my son to him. There are many issues I could bring up but I will only mention the most severe issue which led me to write this review; my son now needs surgery on his eye to fix a blocked tear duct. I asked this question repeatedly and was told he just had allergies. Surgery could've been prevented.
The level of professionalism from Dr. Zaman during my wife and daughters visit was absolutely terrible. Her display of sympathy and willing to help, listen, and be there for worried parents about their 4 year old who we are trying to figure out the diagnosis was the worst I have ever seen or heard about from people. To the point she degraded my wife by saying you wouldn't understand you are not a physician and then walking out of the room and telling us we can deal with someone else!!!
