Review of Dr. Chuang

- in Redondo Beach, CA |

I started going to Dr Chuang about 2 years ago. I had an issue with itchy skin and he could tell it had nothing to do with my skin. He suggested I see a neurologist and it turned out to be a chronic nerve issue. I appreciated the fact that he knew enough to refer me to someone else. Dr Chuang is kind, patient, and extremely knowledgable. I feel confident and comfortable about having him as my doctor. His office staff is very nice and professional too. I would recommend him highly.

Review of Dr. Loo

-MA |

Very ignorant man. Pompous and ignorant. I have no other words. I would never again subject myself to his attitude. First time ever to a skin doctor and what a disgrace he is to his profession.

Review of Dr. McLeod

- in Boston, MA |

The front office is more interested in your money than your health. At my most recent appointment, I asked the receptionist about my options since I hadn’t yet received my new insurance card (but was officially covered). He refused to let me see the doctor until I worked it out with the billing department (which wasn't even open before my 8 am appointment). I offered to pay him directly out of pocket, but he refused to process it. I will look for another provider whose main concern is my health.

Review of Dr. Urman

I will never return to Dr. Urman. Very rude and condescending. She acted like she had somewhere better to be the whole time she was with me. She is one of the reasons why people hate doctors...

Review of Dr. Urman

-Easton, MA |

Dr. Urman had the worst bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met and as a nurse I have met plenty. She spent maybe 4 minutes with me and told me there was nothing she could do for any of my concerns, one of which is just basic acne. In between each of my questions, she would just stare at me. I can't believe I paid a $90 copay for absolutely nothing. Her skin check was nothing I couldn't have done myself. I walked out angry and appalled.

Review of Dr. Urman

-North Easton, MA |

She spent only 3 minutes with me. I know because I looked at my phone when she came in the room. She never checked my feet or my head during the skin check. Interrupted when I tried to explain my concerns to her. I am very fair (blond hair, blue eyes freckles) with a history of to many severe sun burns to count, from my teens and early 20's and my grandfather had melanoma. She told me I did not need to come in for annual skin checks. No beside manner either. Will not be returning.
