Review for Dr. Mindy Lo, MD
Pediatric Rheumatology
We consulted with Dr Lo regarding some autoimmune concerns for our child. While we were frustrated with the process of getting medical records to her beforehand (not her fault! Her scheduler told us to send them to the wrong person/dept), this small hiccup did not detract from the quality of the visit with her. She answered all of our questions and we left the appointment feeling like our concerns had been addressed. She was very easy to communicate with via patient portal re: labwork after the visit as well. Overall we really appreciated her bedside manner, expertise, and follow up. I'd highly recommend her if your child needs a pediatric rheumatologist.

Felt very rushed with Dr. Janssen after driving so long to see her regarding my 4yo. She treated us as if we were an inconvenience to her time. Not impressed and we left there with no answers

We traveled 2 hours to meet with him, and he didn't disappoint. He has wonderful bedside manner, was extremely thorough, and we didn't feel rushed at all. He was patient, and explained everything we needed clarification on. Truly wonderful.

Dr. Dedeoglu was the best thing to ever happen to me. She was the first doctor to take my condition seriously and provided me with extremely helpful advice. I am forever thankful for her.

Will scare you with a severe diagnosis a defense, make you wait 3 months for an appointment, and then just tell you bug bites. Made my wife feel unintelligent for not being a native English speaker.

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Nigrovic provide care to our daughter for juvenile arthritis at Boston Children's Hospital. He is considerate of our concerns and provides us with the information we need to make decisions that are right for our family. We are very pleased and have recommended him to friends.

Review for Dr. Mindy Lo, MD
Pediatric Rheumatology
Dr Lo is an amazing Doctor & has provided exceptional care to my 5yr old. She really cares about her patients & continuously checks in. Even when we don't have an appointment she calls & is always checking her records to keep up with the results from different tests & doctors. She's also the first doctor that has finally provided an option to what might be the problem; we're still in process of determining if it. I highly recommend her and am glad that my daughter is under her care

She is very helpful and friendly. She was able to accurately diagnose my arthritis unlike my last rheumatologist. Now thanks to her I am almost symptom free. There is a very little weight when I go there and she dose whatever she can to make things easier for me. She is my all time favorite Doctor.
