I have been going to her for almost a decade now, love her! She takes the time to listen to you and cares about what you have to say! She listens to what ideas you may have about your care and makes great suggestions.
While Dr. Patton and her office staff are always professional and courteous, the 'call center' staff is another story. I have needed to contact the physician on numerous occasions with assurances that a 'message would be given' to the provider only to discover WEEKS LATER during scheduled appointment that no message was left for the physician. Not only did the lady from the call center ('Cindy') not give the message to the physician, she was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional.
I have seen her twice at the KDMC Walk In. Both times, she was extremely thorough with her questions and her exam, and she listened to every concern I had. She is very friendly, as well.
She is a wonderful doctor, very caring and wonderful doctor and I would and do recommend her to others.
